INSTALLATION
 
1. Open the OPENIV tool
2. Go to edit mode and navigate to mods \ x64e \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf 
3. Replace the pranger.yft, pranger_hi.yft, pranger.ytd, pranger+hi.ytd files in the archive, remember to create a backup
4. Replace vehicles.meta from the optionals folder into: update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ levels \ gta5 OR copy the "pranger" content below and replace it with yours
5. Launch the game & enjoy!

This is my first vehicle so it`s not the best out there, there is more to come like more Lights and stuff.

NOTE: There are 2 versions of this EUP. The LSPD only version and the all All Los Santos Departments version.

LSPD Only Version includes Retextures for only LSPD.

All Los Santos Departments Version includes LSPD Retextures replaces LSPD, RHPD, LSPP, DPPD, and LSIAPD with the same uniform. So if you use 9.4 ultimate backup configurations, you will see only these uniforms responding.
 
 Officer - Sergeant now wear complete silver shields
 Lieutenant - Chief now wear complete gold shields.
 

In order to access the Crime Area Target Team as well as other units, go into your EUP menu and click on LSPD, and they will be listed! 
 
How to install:
Drag and drop all the EUP files into eup_componentpeds.rpf
Replace presetoutfits.ini with the one I provided. 
If you don't know where that is, I've included the paths in the ReadMe. Just drag and drop all the files to those locations location.

After many years of servicing the City of Los Santos, majority feel that the police department is becoming useless with very slow response times, and extremely high crime rates that are now plaguing the city. The current Chief of Police hasn't made any efforts in combatting high crime rates and he was in fact caught at the strip club partying while his officers are all busy and over 50 pending police calls... In response, the Mayor of Los Santos has appointed Raphael Washington as Chief of Police, effective immediately. Raphael Washington, formerly the Assistant Chief of the Liberty City Police Department, has just moved to Los Santos. Many changes are coming for the LSPD, and Raphael is now reshaping the department one area at a time. Raphael promises to give the community the proper policing that they deserve.

I 'm excited to announce the release of Ultimate Questions for STP.  This mod enhances the great work done by BejoLjo and gives every ped you interact with personality and a story.  Ultimate Questions uses STP's traffic stop questions and custom questions to give you infinite role play possibilities.   Each xml has over 10 sub menus of questions you can ask a ped whether in a vehicle on a traffic stop or on foot.   The responses of the peds were created to flow and lead to your next question, the menus are organized with tags for easy navigation.

This file adds over 15 prop bagdes from EUP to use with the LSPDFR feature ''Flash Badge'' introduced in 0.4.2.
 
How to install:
Use the OpenIV package manager to install the OIV in your mods folder.
 
In order to work, you'll need to edit your LSPDFR Agency data and assign the badge to an Agency of your choice.

Callouts:
Lost Person: A person lost in the woods/mountains, you have to find him and escort him home. Terrorist Attack(Fake Call): You have to respond to the call as fast as you can, Assault Rifle is recommended if it's needed lol. Suicidal Attempt: There is a person trying to suicide you have to prevent him from that. Meth Labor Bustdown: There is a meth labor going on in Sandy Shores, you need to prevent the production! Prisoner Transport: You have to transport the arrested peoples from the local police station to the State Prison.  
 
So, i made a callout(pack) some time, it was the name Fake Callouts, i'm not able to update that callout because i deleted the main file xd.
I suggest that you play this callout in the night because of the visuals you get, but it works great even if its day time.
I just want to know your opinions and suggestions about the progress that i made.
