CDM.GAMING reacted to BlueLine Vibes in Crashing while in the city?Stop the Ped has never crashed for me one time. Immersive dispatch yes and DLC vehicles yes. Gameconfigs are needed for DLCs now. But you can't say that we have not had good mods since 2015 because of YOUR bad experiences. I guess that is just your opinion.
-
CDM.GAMING reacted to BlueLine Vibes in Crashing while in the city?I would disagree with about 99% of what you stated here. DLCs work fine if you have the correct Gameconfig. No good mods since 2015? Really? Have you not heard of Stop the Ped, Ultimate Back up? Simple trainer works perfectly fine as well. I will give you the benefit of the doubt as you appear to be new to this website.

CDM.GAMING reacted to TheLegendary in RPH not launching AT ALL...Hey,
i have the same message.
Solution:
When the message shows up, wait, until the game start and RPH load normally.
Here, i hope work for you!

CDM.GAMING reacted to Charlie686 in Error with Rage HookI do personally advise reading other threads before creating others.
RagePluginHook is down. Everyone has that message, just press enter to go past it, or load GTAV then RPH.

After extensive research I have finally found the siren strings for ELS and all but two siren tones are now working in-game!
They seem correspond to the OpenIV assigned names but they have the beginning part of the string added. These were all found by me personally through research and experimenting, so you're welcome (also would appreciate this being a pinned topic for others to find). From what I gather the string is basically referring to the location of the siren file in the game's archive ('RESIDENT' being the RESIDENT.rpf and 'VEHICLES' being vehicles.awc, followed by the siren name). Strangely, the siren names identified by OpenIV for the main LSPD tones and the Sheriff Granger tones don't work so I will need help with that. Anyway, enjoy!
LSPD Main Police Siren:
"VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_1" - Police Primary
("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_PA20A_WAIL" doesn't work for some reason)
"VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_2" - Police Secondary
("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_2" doesn't work for some reason)
Firetruck Siren:
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_FIRETRUCK_WAIL_01" - Firetruck Primary
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_FIRETRUCK_QUICK_01" - Firetruck Secondary
Police Bike Siren:
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_WAIL_03" - Police Bike Primary
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_QUICK_03" - Police Bike Secondary
Sheriff (Granger) Siren:
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_WAIL_04" - Sheriff (Granger) Primary
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_QUICK_04" - Sheriff (Granger) Secondary
^ These two aren't working for some reason
FIB Siren:
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_WAIL_02" - FIB Primary
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_QUICK_02" - FIB Secondary
Ambulance Siren:
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_WAIL_01" - Ambulance Primary
"RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_QUICK_01" - Ambulance Secondary
Siren Warning/Priority Tones:
"VEHICLES_HORNS_POLICE_WARNING" - Police Warning
("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_POLICE_WARNING" doesn't work for some reason)
"VEHICLES_HORNS_AMBULANCE_WARNING" - Ambulance Warning
("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_AMBULANCE_WARNING" doesn't work for some reason)
Siren Horns:
"SIRENS_AIRHORN" - Airhorn
("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_AIRHORN_EQD" doesn't work for some reason)
"VEHICLES_HORNS_FIRETRUCK_WARNING" - Firetruck Horn
("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_FIRE_TRUCK_HORN" doesn't work for some reason)
My three requests are:
1. Why are a few of them not working, particuarly the Sheriff Granger ones? Could someone with knowledge help?
2. Can we get an AI Sirens mod that makes the AI change siren tones based on the vehicle's VCF siren setup?
3. Is there any way to remove the pitch filters that are applied to some of the sirens? (e.g. the ambulance and fire truck sirens in-game are lower pitched than the actual file itself)
Cheers everyone.

CDM.GAMING reacted to XTREMEHEAT in NaturalVision Evolved Crashing LSPDFRActually you can still play with the latest ENB, just start the normal GTA V first, let it fully load into the main menu, that start the ragehook plugin. The intent here is to not let both ENB and ragehook try to hook into the game engine at the same time, so let the ENB hook into the game first and then starting Ragehook afterwards. Always worked for me.

CDM.GAMING reacted to Joey Beckstead in NaturalVision Evolved Crashing LSPDFRAny enb version past 0.275 isn't compatible with LSPDFR. You can probably work around this by downloading enb 0.275 and replacing the .dlls.

CDM.GAMING got a reaction from EmreLism in LSPDFR - Graphic Mod compatibility?I always had NVR installed (the first time with VisualV but removed it later) but since the new nvr version doesn't look good in my game and my Nvidia had problems with it I reverted to the March 2018 Version. Now that I've installed LSPDFR 0.4 with a clean GTA5 install I wanted to try out something different and installed REDUX 1.6. I really like it. The graphic looks fantastic. Installed it an hour ago but still testing out. I don't think I'll stick with it forever and going back to NVR. I don't know yet. Redux is not only a graphic mod the mod also changed the mule textures and some billboards like you'll see Mc Donald's ads or coca cola trucks. (I did that myself when I was on NVR) everything is differed and changed even the sound of the weapons 😄 Never tried MVGA. Btw. I'm playing on a ASUS ROG Gaming laptop. ^^
UPDATE: switched back to NVR. It's definitely the best! Redux is nice but a lot of things are just not right like driving in the rain and it looked like I'm driving on ice. Fire doesn't look real. Gunshot wounds are just black. Clouds are looking weird sometimes and at night the one site of the city is black and the other one is white. I guess there's something wrong with the weather (Thunderstorm) Its nice to see a truck with coca cola on it or familiar billboards but I can do that myself in my game. Driving to Blain County was beautiful. I really liked the vegetation but that isn't enough to stick with the mod. Optimal is Reshade + Redux but when you uninstall or not install Reshade the mod looks just awful boring. So I'll stick with NVR which I have the most experience since joining LSPDFR. Never had any big problems and the sunsets always look great 😁 So, the best you can do, try out every graphic mod and see which mod fits the best to you liking 🙂

CDM.GAMING got a reaction from ben1412 in weird texture bugDo you have NVR installed? If yes. Go into the NVR dlc named "emissives", delete the files there. My cars were purple instead of green 😂 so I deleted all the files in that folder.

CDM.GAMING got a reaction from OblongGaming in LSPDFR 0.4.2 - Coming Soon!Cool! Can't wait. I'm still playing 0.3 but also have 0.4 on my computer. So I can play both versions :D
-
CDM.GAMING reacted to Sam in LSPDFR 0.4.2 - Coming Soon!Hot off the release of LSPDFR 0.4 a couple of months ago, we're upping the ante with another update which brings not only sweeping improvements to the LSPDFR 0.4 API, but also some unique features which have long been requested.
Originally, the plan was merely to release 0.4.2 as a quick follow-up to 0.4 and 0.4.1 - just simple fixes and changes, plus the API improvements to help developers make the most of 0.4. Necessary changes, but not really cool enough, right? So, with that in mind we took a little time to dig back into the archives of LSPDFR and revisit some of our old concepts and ideas. Now, while some of these are actually in the mod - they're most likely either tucked away as 'easter eggs' or just disabled because they weren't quite right.
If you're a connoisseur of traffic stops, for example, you might've noticed that occasionally the unexpected and oh so demoralizing experience of pulling over a federal agent hits you right in the feels as they arrogantly flash their shiny badge, tell you where to stick your comparatively less shiny badge, and drive off. (If you haven't seen this before, here's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNOxZR2ak0M)
Originally the plan was to add this as a feature for players to use, but it just didn't quite fit in with 0.3, and we had some trouble with the animation not being quite as fluid as we'd like. That was then, though, and given that you now play as your own character both on and off duty, we thought it'd be a bit of a must-have now, so we've tidied it up and are introducing it as a player action in 0.4.2.
With one quick glance at the shimmering shield, her problems are suddenly your problems. (Note, a custom badge model is shown instead of the default FIB one - you will be able to define custom models to use on a per-agency basis)
Now, not only does this look exceedingly awesome, but it serves a practical purpose too. Available both on and off-duty, showing your badge will clear any wanted level and may also instill the fear of the law in nearby citizens, potentially de-escalating the otherwise unavoidable confrontations that flare when you walk around Mirror Park without the latest iFruit phone, for example!
Of course, that's not all. Continuing with the idea of adding things that are just generally cool, we know that people have wanted a ballistic shield feature in LSPDFR for quite some time. Sure, you can spawn one with a trainer or download another mod, but it's just not quite the same is it?
We thought it'd be particularly sweet to have it at your fingertips instead, fully integrated with LSPDFR, ready to kick some butt.
As if being Frank Tenpenny isn't cool enough...
Our ballistic shield, accessed from the Interaction Menu, uses our new animation system in 0.4.2 which we think looks absolutely gorgeous. There's also the freedom to switch between Stealth and Action mode which will vary your pose accordingly, compatibility with most weapons and the potential for future AI support.
Oh yeah, did we mention you can actually arrest people at gunpoint while holding a freaking shield?!
Keep your eyes open for LSPDFR 0.4.2, coming soon.

CDM.GAMING reacted to majorpaine2015 in How did you install 0.4?I can't speak for anyone else but i installed 0.4 on my modded game which still had my vehicles, peds, weapons, els, and redux. The only thing i deleted from my game was 0.3 and i used the 0.4 automatic installer. My game never crashed or received texture loss and my pc isn't a beast at all.

CDM.GAMING reacted to Michael Rawn in Light mods that work with visualv?I have the same Question? I play GTA 5 with NVR but there is no Rain and no Thunderstorm?? Why?
I thought the weather changes automatically? By itself? What do the values mean here in the timecyclemods.ini: [TIME CYCLE] Enable = 1 Weather1 = extra-sunny Weather2 = Thunderstorm Weather3 = Neutral Weather4 = extra-sunny Weather5 = Foggy Weather6 = Overcast I always thought about these settings, the weather changes automatically and without using the trainer every time to set a different weather?
-
CDM.GAMING got a reaction from Michael Rawn in Light mods that work with visualv?Sorry for writing in an old thread but I can't find a solution to this. I have the exact same question and was wondering how I can change the weather naturally without a trainer. I usually play 2 or 3 hours GTA5/LSPDFR with NV. Its beautiful no doubt. I love the starry nights, the sunsets/sunrises, the cloud formations BUT it never rains, no thunderstorm, no windy days. I really miss that from old GTA5 days on Paystation. As you say it's always sunny and dry. How can I make the mod change the weather naturally? Have you find a solution to this?

Im sorry but i cant help it, i've seen too many topics with problems, and a couple of minutes later boom topic editted with text " I DID IT MY SELF ". Now when someones searches for a problem like yours the only answer he will see is that you found out yourself. Instead you should write the solution to your first asked questions so that others may find out too...
Sorry for bad english no potato from me.

Idk if you will be able to understand, but I want to open the yft or ytd file in openiv and add a texture to an existing police car. How do I do that?
Do I open police3.ytd and add "pol3_sign_5" in there?
WOOHOO FOR SELF DISCOVERY! DID IT!
The way I did it was I opened openiv and clicked edit mode, and then when I was in my gta v directory I went to update>x64>patchday4ng>dlc>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles and then I opened police3.ytd and usually there is skins in there already, named something like "pol3_sign_1" and so find how many there is. I had up to pol3_sign_4 (so, in total, I had 4 skins already in there) and so because I wanted all existing 4 that was already in there, PLUS another 1 which wasn't already in there. So then I renamed the skin that wasn't in there to "pol3_sign_5" and then clicked "import" and imported the skin in there. thus having 5 skins/liveries. Click save and then rebuild it. Done.
