weird texture bug

i need help fixing this issue i cant spawn backup otherwise it will crash my game cause off this bug

Do you have NVR installed? If yes. Go into the NVR dlc named "emissives", delete the files there. My cars were purple instead of green so I deleted all the files in that folder.

no i dont have nvr im using visual V and its just weird all my other cars work fine apart from police.2 and sheriff.2

Okay. That's odd. I only know that problem exist when you have NVR installed. You never ever installed it or uninstalled it? I play LSPDFR 03 and 04. On 0.3 I have NVR installed, had that problem and deleted the files. On 0.4 I only have VisualV installed but never had a texture bug.  Maybe try to reinstall police2 and sheriff2 ?

did all that im gunna uninstall visualV install NVR then if the problem still there im gunna do what you said see if that changes anything if not then might just be a conflit
