Mystery solved! I went down there again today to get more pictures for reference and just curiosity and I guess since last time it was a rainy day I must have not seen the LEDs or I'm just blind, Today was a beautiful sunny day (for the most part) and I saw the LEDs. I would have checked the back but a police officer came up to me and he was cool and all, we talked about me wanting to become a Port Moody officer but he said I had to leave cause the parking lot is for police only so I didn't want to leave and come back. lol I haven't seen any prostitutes in Port Moody yet but hey who knows, most of them hangout further into the urban areas. Yeah it could be for drug deals, but I really don't think it is an officer's personal car (no civilian's are aloud to park in that section of the parking lot) because it has a toughbook and when I was waiting for the bus at like 11 at night I saw it drive by and the officer had the toughbook's lights shining on him so I saw his uniform.

Trust me I've tried it, after a while you'll see how awesome of a time everyone is having with their Crown Vics and Chargers and you too will soon be seduced by their undeniable sexiness...

So as I was taking pictures of my local police department's cars in their parking lot, I came across my favourite unmarked vehicle of them all. PMPD's unmakred Ford Expedition. I noticed however that I couldn't find ANY lights on it or sirens, like at all. Though I have seen it on patrol with an officer in it and when I was looking for the lights I saw the toughbook on the middle console like any other police vehicle would have. Is it possible that they could have an unmarked vehicle without lights? Is that even legal? lol. It definitely is a police vehicle and I doubt it is out of service because why would they leave it in the police parking spots. Anyone else notice this with their PD? Could it be a detective's car? I thought if there wasn't any lights on the front or side windows there wouldn't be any in the rear, and it was a pretty tight squeeze.

Who noticed the San Andreas money amount at the top right corner in all the actual gameplay parts? One small note I have to point out since the very beginning trailer. The cop cars have kind of been all of the place in terms of liveries on certain cars to models being used. I think we'll just have to wait and see what R* actually puts in the final released version of the game. Who knows maybe they'll include GTA Online only police cars like EFLC Mulit-player had. I think that the only car that looks like shit is the Buffalo POLICE. They would have been better off putting it as a LAPD like livery or putting much more thought into it. Like I said though we can only know for sure once we steal a cop car and drive off to inspect it... which I know 95% of the people here will do the second they get their copy :P I hope for GTA Online they include a cops and robbers mode, or at least an option to be the cops in multiplayer, like when a bunch of guys shoots up a bank, you and the other people playing as cops get a call and respond and try and arrest or kill the robbers/suspects. To add on top of that, I think it would be EXTRA cool (highly unlikely though) if you could chose to be a beat cop, patrol in a car, Swat or FIB and say if you chose FIB you would respond to guys that have 5 stars... Or something along those lines

Sorry if this was already said but there's 33 pages and I don't want to scan every post to see if someone said something similar to me. I'm looking to build not buy but build a gaming desktop. I don't have a few grand to throw around on a computer as I'm trying to save up for a first car but I will be joining the Army Reserves and they pay you decent money and by decent I mean any amount is a lot to a 16 year old in high school lol. Anyway I just want a computer that will be able to smoothly run GTA IV/EFLC without any lag (Around 30 frames) with ELS and LCPDFR. I'm thinking of somewhere in the middle of gaming computers, just a computer that will give me a pleasant gaming experience that I won't wanna punch my screen cause of poor gameplay, like my laptop does. I'm not looking for maxed out settings at 75 fps with 25 els cars in a chase with 5 helicopters. Maybe something that will play the game on high with 30 fps. I'm not brand picky. If it does the job then I'll get it. I am Canadian so preferably help me out on Canadian sites, but I can always ship to my friend in Seattle if needed. I don't really have a price limit or budget. I just want to see what it would cost for an experience that is xbox related. Thanks! - JSD

I am having quite the time identifying this font. I know it isn't Arial because the R has a slight curve at the bottom. I really need this font and any help would be appreciated (The darker gold is actually black. My flash was on so it just reflected).

Yeah I got a tip.. Don't use paint LOL PM if you need any help or have any questions. I also will suggest to everyone to not take requests until you are truly confident in your skills as a graphic designer. Probably the most embarking thing you can do as a graphic designer is say you're not good enough. I find however that taking requests can sometimes take out the fun in skinning. What really drew me into it was the freedom of being able to just search threw all the agencies in the US on policecarwebsite and just pick one I love and make it, simple as that. I wouldn't even release it or use it, I just made it for personal pleasure :)

I appreciate the posts on what laptop I should buy and what laptops are low cost gaming laptops, but I'm not purchasing anything as I am getting a replacement for my "lemon" laptop. The only thing I would be paying is the difference in the upgrade. My laptop is worth $550 and say I want a $625 laptop I would pay only $75 for the upgrade. As for the amount of memory the graphics card has, I thought that the 2GB AMD Radeon HD 8750M was better than the 1GB AMD Radeon HD 8570M Dual. Then again dual 1GB card would equal up to 2GB so I guess it all depends on the card itself. I may sound stupid here but I'm thinking the 8750M is better than the 8570M cause 8750 is a higher number than 8570 but I could be wrong. I'm not sure which one is better for gaming (I've NEVER had any luck with picking out video cards)

I know that. I bought the laptop I have now for schooling and remembered I had GTA IV on steam so I downloaded it and now that it is needing to be replaced I just want the best possible laptop I can have for the best gaming experience.

So my laptop is constantly crashing and I am taking it in to futureshop (Canadian Best buy if you will) to get replaced since futureshop has a deal were if you have to take it in for a fourth time they replace your product. So I think the deal is it doesn't have to be exactly replacement value and since I bought this laptop with intentions for school work I didn't pay too much for it. The retail value is 550 bucks or something. So I want to make sure that I get the laptop the can play GTA IV the best and I'll include links to the best 3 laptops I can find. I've had this problem before. I'm not sure if it is the same one or not but, go to "Options" in simple native trainer, and near the end on the first page is enable/disable keys and disable them. Simple native trainer's keys can be quite a bitch at times, especially with LCPDFR... always love it when I'm responding and all of a sudden I'm watching my squad car fly down the road while I'm starting up a turismo. Just turn off the keys :)

lol I tried but it's saying you can't receive any more PM's. The favour I am talking about is making some car models for me and they are quite important to myself.

I'm just wondering if somebody could tell me what modelers would do me a favour, or perhaps a barter exchange. Seems like all the good modelers don't take requests but I'm just looking for someone to do me a favour. PM me for further info.
