    That's what happens when you have multiple scripts. Some of them are not compatible with each other. Try using ELS V5. It is a lot more stabler than 6 and it is pretty much the same thing

    Head to Grand Theft Auto IV/Common/ , right click the folder named "Data", untick read-only and then click "apply" and then "ok", then run the installer as an admin.
