Anyone have any idea why there are little to no vehicle models that have a Whelen Liberty lightbar? I used vehicles with that lightbar almost exclusively in GTA 4 and have been missing it.

If you have not made a backup of the game without any mods, I would highly recommend doing so in the future. Even though it's a HUGE game, I'd recommend deleting local content, then re-downloading the whole thing and making a backup. I just deleted all contents in my GTA V folder and replaced it with the older version of the game. In addition to this, set the auto-update settings for GTA V to "Only update this game when I launch it". Then, go to: Steam > Settings > Downloads and tick "Limit Auto-Updating Schedule" and set the time so there is no time to update (5AM to 5AM). Also, limit your bandwidth to 16Kbps.

Hi everyone, I was just wondering, from a scripting standpoint, if it is possible to create a mod where the player can spawn police tape (http://i.imgur.com/y2ImcUb.jpg)? I'm guessing it is, however there is not one for GTA IV. I would imagine the mod would have the capability of attaching police tape to objects (trees, light post, etc). Thanks!

Hey everyone, I have been looking for a good caprice model to use. I have found some that I could use but they all have rambars. I am looking for one with steel rims, whelen liberty lightbar, and without a rambar. I have been using a 2012 New Alderney State Police Caprice for a while now but have been having issues with its ELS lights. It is also not a very good looking or very accurate model. Help is greatly appreciated!

I had initially thought of this first and it seems to be the correct assumption. Changing the value in the .dat file did not change the color, only the brightness.

Hey there! So I've noticed this for quite some time now but haven't really tried to address it. Whenever I play GTA with a cruiser that has red lights and a whelen liberty (a specific one) the red appears amber unless I angle the camera so the lights are barely showing, then they appear red. Here are some pics to show you what I mean: Red appears amber- Is red once camera is at special angle- I'm thinking this could probably be changed in some sort of settings file but idk, help is greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone, I just installed GTA 4 via steam. I installed all of my mods and an ENB. I cannot use my 100% savegame because I don't want to use Xliveless so I started over. I have gone past the part where I drive Roman's car, now I am in my apartment for the first time and when I restart the game and try to leave the apartment it crashes, every time. I have tried removing my scripts, I deleted the gta4 folder in documents, I have tried deleting the actual savegame file and starting over but nothing works... Any suggestions?

Hey everyone! I've never had this problem before, but whenever I try to use my spotlight mod it only works on the polpatriot model and nothing else. This randomly happened and I have tried reinstalling the mod several times and it still only works on that model. Any ideas?
