I've seen much GTA V Heads for GTA IV. They all are great but they have no moving mouths (just a small detail). Has your mod moving mouths?

Am I able to add some characters in the characters selection? Because I want to see ig_trafficwarden in LSPD:FR like in LCPD:FR (m_y_cop_traffic)...

In my opinion, it would be cool to have the possibility to call the FIB. Everytime I play, I want to call the FIB but I can call just the N.O.o.S.E and the LSPD/LSSD......

It isn't dying! I still play LCPDFR (It's still great!) and next week I buy GTA V and then I want to download LSPDFR!

I saw that many people want the GTA V SWAT ped but nobody made it so I made it. It has GTA V textures, some GTA IV texutures and some texutures from Yard1. To use this mod you have to download Yard1's model! Credit: Yard1 = Model and some texutres
