How about y'all shut up and show some respect. I understand the argument but this thread was intented to remember 11 years back NOT to debate whether it was the fault of the government or not. Also, about the biased thing, HELL YEAH there is not a single person around that doesnt have a bias to this. I know a lot of people who hate all muslims because of this. I doubt that the debate was meant to be disrespectful but for someone who lost several family-friends in this attack, it is annoying to have to hear the whole conspiracy thing again. It is mentioned every time 9/11/01 is mentioned. And for those of you who shared your personal stories, THANK YOU.

9/5/12 A shooting in the Bay Area occurred. Two CHP officers pulled over a Jeep on I-680. One officer, Officer Youngstrum, approached the driver. He spoke with the driver for a minute or two when the driver, last name Lacy, pulled out a gun and shot Youngstrum in the head. The other CHP officer shot Lacy. Lacy was pronounced dead almost immediatly after arriving at the hospital. Youngstrum was put on life support. He was taken off life support today. He had been serving for the CHP for 7 years. I would like to note that not only did he give his life for us, he also donated his organs and saved 8 other people. A TRUE HERO. It is said to hear these stories because these true American heroes lay down there life one after the other. He is the 223rd CHP officer to die since 1929. There already is an airhorn mod in the scripts section. So until someone makes this mod, you can use that to suffice your airhorn craving :D

You didnt give many details but really quickly: What are you patched to?? Need 1.0.7.0 to run LCPDFR. Do you have all the necessary scripts? You need script hook.net and a dsound.dll and other things to run it. Did you install it yourself or use the .exe LCPDFR self-install?? Thanks

DO A FRESH INSTALL WITHOUT MODS. Try playing it. If it works, update game to patch 1.0.7.0 and try playing it again, if it still works then mod:D If it doesnt, post again here.

I need someone with amazing graphics in game and that can take quality photos/videos!!! They would receive an email of my skins before I release them(beta) and take some photos for me. I have seen some chatter over at GPM that someone is converting the SA to IV. Not sure though :/

This has been brought up before. It could be with your graphics card. Sometimes wwhen an update is done, it screw up GTAIV. It happened to me and I just reinstalled it and everything worked well again

I see you voted down my post sir. And said it doesnt have to do with patch. However, it possibly can do with it since you stated that LCPDFR .95 version wasnt able to be installed. However, seeing as you do not need my help. Figure it out with someone else.

If you check other downloads in scripts, you can find an ENB someone posted with his personal settings that he says works good with mods.

Yes, it is. Open up your spark IV and find the vehicle file. Click edit for the file you want(.wft) and find the emerglights_emis_d or something like that that shows an above view of like a vector lightbar and other random images. Export that and open it with Paint.Net. Color in the lightbar top on the left side in the middle area according to your light situation in the regular emerglights_emis file.( the one that shows you the colors of your lights and their location in the light bar). Now MAKE SURE YOU USE THE TRANSPARENT COLORS WHEN COLORING. To do this, click more colors and choose the colors with the little squares inside of them. Hope this helps :D OOPS!!
