Its kind of annoying when people hijack threads but I guess your issue is similar so okay then. Andrew, your issue can be many things. But before we can narrow down the possibilities, please do the following: What does it say once it closes? Pull up your error log in the GTAIV Folder and paste the error here. :D

I would recommend re-installing SPARK IV. If that doesnt work and No One else here can help fix it, reinstall gtaiv :/ Sorry I couldnt help. Best of luck!! :D

I have noticed a bug with Spark IV: Sometimes when you click rebuild, it resets the latest import you have done. It happens to me all the time. Now a days, I only click save and it works better than rebuilding :D

You put the two towing files that come with the download in your scripts and press CTRL+Z near a car. YOU MUST BE ON FOOT.

How do you do the airbrush fading design in the text?? Like the dark grey to light grey? Do you use Paint.Net? Thanks 5/5

Nice skins. Only thing is that you call them Highway Patrol but you have STATE TROOPER written on the vehicle. A little confusing to have both names on a care

Thats rad azn!!! HAHA. If you can just do the model with the propper lightbar that would be great!! I can supply you with the skins. (I am working on an OCSD MEGA PACK) If you could make models for the tahoe and other vehicles as well PM me and maybe we can make an OCSD fleet. I know for a fact that there are a lot of people out there who want them BTW, I have been working on the pack and forgot about this post so other people: I have made the skins so thanks for your help!!! Anyone out there willing to make a model, PM me or comment here! :D

I agree. I have only been hit a few times but for realism purposes, passenger side would make things more realistic. Maybe if we cant adjust it ourselves, you post this in LCPDFR suggestions and they can add it in RC3 :D

Hello All. As you probably have seen or heard, I am working on a Sheriff Pack for Orange County. To complete the pack, I need templates for '06 Impala, '12 Impala, and '12 Charger. I have found many templates but most of them are not clean enough to use for skinning(usually they are blurry). If anyone can link me downloads that contain tempplates I would be muy happyo :D

Yea, I realised that after uploading. I too live in OCSD district and have family ties to it :D. I have not had time to edit the skin recently. However, I will most likely edit them soon BUT they will not be released until I have made the Impala and 2012 Charger textures.

I had this issue with my old computer. The issue I had was that my compu could NOT handle the game. SO that is the only answer I have. It may not be the answer. Did you research graphics card issues or anything? Good Luck

Some templates have the ability to color the windows. IE: One of my older tahoe skins have red windows because I didnt delete the red coloring over where the window is in the template. So you can try to remake a skin and just put a transparent shade of black on it :D

AZN, I live in Cali and have unfortunately dealt with the CHP a few times and have seen them respond. 1) They have multiple flash patterns 2) The secondary lights dont flash with the primaries as your video is shown... Other than that, good car! -
For the music issue, I cant help. For your ENB computer issue, it might be that your ENB bugged out sometime within the three days that LCPDFR and ENB worked well together. I would recommend installing a vanilla version of ENB and check if that fixed it. If it didnt, then completely delete ENB and see if it works now. If that still doesnt fix it, then it might be your LCPDFR. In that case, I would recommend reinstalling your LCPDFR mod. :D Good Luck!

So open up the .wtd file with spark or open iv. Then find the file that has the window tints and export it. Use Paint.net to edit it. Use the doppler tool in Paint.net to match the window tint color, and color in the rest of the window with the paint bucket. Hope that helps :) DID MY SUPPORT HELP YOU??? If you read at the top of the els.ini file, it has them listed, you can change them as you wish! However, make sure you look at the bottom of the file to see the reference number code for left mouse button

Hey All! I am proud to present my skins of the Orange County Sheriff Department's vehicles. Orange County is located just south of Los Angeles County and is home to the famous beach city of Huntington Beach, the famous surf break known as Tresles, and the famous reality show Orang County Housewives! To ensure all of that goes well, the OCSD is around to enforce the laws!! What Is Included: I have included a Dodge Charger and Chevrolet Tahoe skins. There are two Charger skins! One has very little writing and is realistic to their model and the other is titled unrealistic and has more SHERIFF writing and an EMERGENCY DIAL 911 text bar!! The Tahoe is my favorite design for the skins! It is unrealistic(I can make a realistic one just put it in the comments) due to the same reason as the Charger. Where Is The Crown Vic? : Well, another member by the name of shadowhunter388 made a CVPI skin already, it is very accurate!! In the coming days, I will update this file with my own 2 versions(realistic and unrealistic) of the CVPI but until then, skin will due!! What Is The Best Vehicle? : For the charger, I recommend you use a Miami Police charger and edit your lightbar glass color so it matches the OCSD's lightbar. For the Tahoe, there are two I can recommend, I either recommend PFC's Tahoe or one of BX-Bug's Tahoes. NOTE: DO NOT RE-UPLOAD THESE TO ANY OTHER SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION. DO NOT ALTER THESE SKINS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. BEWARE: I noticed that with older Tahoe's, the skin doesnt match it :c. So, if you want it on an older model, let me know and I will convert it. ENJOY THE SKINS!!!!!FEEDBACK WELCOME!!!
