I hate to bump this thread, but I did some more research and they recommended switching the ports. However, they said it is a last ditch thing to try. I really need help. Could someone please explain the UPnP?

Hey guys, I have had this problem for a while and now it is just getting old. Everytime I try to sign into my GFWL in-game, it says that there is no IP ADRESS. It gives me an error saying there is no connection and when I click more info, it says there is not a connected IP ADRESS. However, i am running internet fine. I really need a quick answer as I would like to play tonight. Things i tried: Reinstall Re-starting computer Visiting xbox help I am at a complete loss and have no idea where to go from here. Please help guys, Beckugan1 FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS A WINDOWS LIVE ERROR WITH GTA, GO TO YOUR CONTROL PANEL AND DISABLE YOUR WINDOWS LIVE FIREWALL. IT WORKS!!! :D

Uninstall ELS and try again. If the problem is fixed, then you have an ELS problem. If not, you have a GTAIV error. It is easier to start by eliminating possibilities. Pin-point the problem and then we can go from there :D

Try not using rebuild. SOmetimes when I us rebuild, it resets it/does not save. However, if you click SAVE. Then the x then SAVE and then exit out. It may work :/ I too am having some small issues with spark/open iv but this may help you a bit. :D

Do you guys think the trains will be drivable? Also, seeing how large of a game it is, do you guys think it will be able to run on computers that barely run IV?

You can simply spawn as a regular ped or you can use like the fib ped model. Also, there are undercover peds made on websites.

Aight, Hey guys!! So I recently modeled a CVPI with two lightbars. After doing everything right, I imported it ingame and found that the second lightbar did not show up. Feeling a bit down for screwing up, I sent the vehicle to someone to show them what I had accomplished. They sent me back screens showing that the vehicle, in fact, has a secondary lightbar.(lightbar 2) So my question is, why does the vehicle not have a second lightbar or pushbar on my game, but does in his? We used the same .WTD and .WFT files so i have no idea what has happened. Thanks a bunch guys, Beckugan1

Go to unlocked models. The whelen justice is already mapped. You can only have ONE set of emerglight files so its the only one that is needed. XT6 runs perfectly with the justice(same files) so you only need to import it. The other one, will neeed to be fixed with UV mapper.

I have NEVER once gotten an error. Your handling line may need editing but I rename files ALL the time. I go ADD on all my vehicles. Change them up like once every 4 days.

Probably rename RB Pushbar and then Pushbar extra_1 I would assume????

Are you out of the USA? Becuase Apple in the USA has locks on their product for any provider that is not contracted with them. So unless you buy Factory Unlocked, the sim card will not activate.
