lol michael. Im running LCPDFR on a gateway laptop and have a few throw-out OLD desktops in another room. Then I have my macbook for school stuff. You could run a dispatching center with all those monitors :D

So do the compatibility stuff again. Make sure you run the setup in compatibility mode. Not sure how youll uninstall... might need a clean swipe of everything...

Haha, We are not taking requests due to a pack being made and a backup of requests but you can still send a request to someone and they will post it on our site and then if someone has time and the pack is done, it will be completed. We are hoping to get the pack done within the week. Once that is done we will finish up the requests and then will start taking them again. So if you cannot get the skin done on your own, go ahead and contact us. Just please be patient as there are a lot of people who want their local department too. :D Beckugan1

Paint.net is a perfectly fine program to use... If you install the plugins. I dont mean to be rude but YIKES, that skin... Anyhow, you should definitely texture again, I am sure you could put some good things together now :D

I was just a little curious considering I had made the same mistake with the doors(the top isnt supposed to be white) and mine had that white line at the top. Oh well, its a basic skin so no biggy!! Nice work LocalKing

Well, I am not saying to not change vehicles, just dont change ones you will not be using as it is unnecessary and will cause issues on a computer like yours. You cannot change lightbars unless you learn how to model and that is a whole nother story. Just go to the downloads section and find Vehicle Models and look around. Or you can PM me and I can help you with some cars I think youll like :D

The 4 gig of ram is a little low. It is what I run on. However, I have never experienced any issues with game on 4gig. Keep in mind to try and keep as many default cars as possible. Dont replace civilian cars with the ones found on sites or else you will probably get texture loss...
