Wow. I did not even realize he had requested an inner edge... While yes my first released model was junky, Cj, I have been working long and hard with other modelers to gain some skills to make decent cars. Its not nearly close to people with years of skill like yourself, and with two months of zmod experience, my experience would be close to 0 compared to yours. But, I was just trying to assist him as I know how it feels to try and learn things. If you took my post in the wrong, as it seems you have, let me clarify all I was doing was try to help him out. Not in any way demote he moral or prove myself as a better modeler. As you said, "seeing your only model release being a CVPI with a completely wrong scaled lightbar." but yea I do have some tips on how to model as I have gotten quite a few from other people. I have just yet to release a new model as I want to ensure its better than my last. I am not going to instigate an argument through this, I am simply trying to defend myself and clarify. I am not an arrogant person nor am i going to standby as I am called one.

Tim98 is already working on the LASD cvpi... Also, I understand your new and all but I wouldnt recommend taking on a project when you are not going to use the proper lights. To my understanding, the LASD Slicktop featured above does not use the whelen inner edge. So I would recommend you do LCPD cars using your immagination before taking on projects of real life PD's as people wont like RL cars if they are not realistic. Dont pay people for skins. Time and time again people offer to pay and modders turn it down. So if someone requires payment, just ask someone else. There are plenty of people out there that will do it for free.

Hello everyone! Thanks to some of my pals in the LCPSR Clan, I was recently introduced to a new game(new to me) by the name of WarThunder. This game is a Multiplayer only Flight sim with an arcade style twist. It is based off of WWII and is truly amazing. It features the stability we all dream of-Alt+Tab whenever you want and not crash with realism like your actually in the cockpit! Hey guys. So I was working on my BPD pack yesterday and saved and all that. Came back into zmod today and my hierarchy was gone. So I closed and reopened and it was sill gone. Then, I went into view and re-enabled it. But it can only go full screen mode where I am unable to view any of my view modes to edit the vehicle while editing the hiearchy. In other words, I cannot do anything right now because of it. Anyone have any ideas/fixed? It would be greatly appreciated as I cannot get my BPD pack done until zmod is fixed. And yes, my copy is legal :D Thanks in advanced to any suggestions, beckugan1

There wasnt any abuse on the thread. There were several cases of trolling/extreme rudeness and arrogance towards us on our weebly site. However, we didnt close due to that. We closed because we were being continuously spammed by people for requests for things that werent open and even when we closed textures. None of the guys on the team were getting anytime to do their own personal mods so we decided to close. However, we have not disbanded and still work as a team. We will be coming back soon, just not as Area51 and not taking requests. The intrepid made by steve has been scrapped, I believe(ask him). We will probably convert one for San Andreas to keep it as realistic and low poly as possible. As Area51 is closed, I feel there is no need for this thread to stay open any longer. Would a moderator please close this thread.

1.75gig of ram? You need at least four!!! I have 8 and am considering getting more. Not sure if that is the problem or if its something else but it will definitely affect gameplay. (Make sure to update game to 1.0.7.0)

Its decent. Needs some serious editing so you dont make things red that should be chrome(the pull down things) and maybe add some more detail that will make people want to download it.

Yes I realize that but if you listen to the press releases and updates given by LAPD commanders time and time again, they had said that this is the San Bernadino Sheriff's operation and they were waiting for approval by the Sheriff to join in the standoff.

Not surprised it was torched as thats the good ol LAPD for you. However, I had heard many times that they were not involved up there...It was being handled by Riverside PD and the San Bernadino Sheriff. Did the Sheriff Department give them permission to come? BTW, Funeral service for officer killed last week by Dorner. (Father of a three year old girl,husband, son, grandson) His whole family is there. Not to mention the fact most people will be like How the hell do you have multiple swat teams, helicopters and planes surrounding the area and he escapes... Now that would cause the departments and media to get eaten alive(if the media ever does).

Anyways, the way everyone is acting they seem very confident he is in the fire. Went on facebook a minute ago and the media is being slammed for filling news with pics of Dorner. A lot of sympathy for Dorner as well. (lots of people hating on the LAPD). I realize that Facebook is the worst place to base posts off of, but Dorner really wanted to expose the LAPD, and it seems that he has definitely started some uproar. Just really sad that he felt the only way to do it was bring chaos, murder innocent people, cops, and take his own life...

In the few months I have had this game, it seems that the very FEW good servers that actually are not DayZ are filled with immature kids who feel like bringing their "skills" to a non DayZ server. i will be sticking to the private servers some buds of mine host every once in a while.

Definitely going to be downloading this guy :D Maybe will add this to my youtube series aswell. As my clan buddies only seem to play Arma, GTA, and EM4(as well as euro trucker :P), anyone interested feel free to PM me and maybe we can setup some sweet MP sessions :)
