1) I find it highly unlikely that you "didint know it was his". About 3 people said it was EVi's. 2)Regardless of who made it, you just lied to everyone in the community in hopes of getting help. 3) Are you really asking for help from the person who made the skin after you created a story that he gave you permission?? I haven't really been following this thread but it amazes me how people can just spew lies. Also, for those saying why is it such a bad thing to just modify skins, I am pretty sure you would all feel the same way if practically everything original that you released was ripped and redistributed.

Yeah the driving in that last video was a bit outrageous. The cop in that charger kept taking his turns really wide on the dirt and I believe he fish tailed a few times.

So after taking a few days off of modding I will be returning this week by releasing my CVPI with a whelen freedom lightbar. This vehicle will be released in the back half of this week(friday or saturday) and will most likely be my last release before I take a couple weeks off of modding and GTA in general!! Pics will hopefully be posted tomorrow!

There are quite a few things that make the x2100 distinctly different from the RX2700. Packers, if you are going to be making a GTAIV model based off of a real life department I recommend either converting the rx2700 to the x2100 or trying to get your hands on the x2100. It is never good to make a RL department vehicle with somewhat accurate realism. Might as well just make a liberty city vehicle at that point as technically the model would not accurately represent the vehicle. Using wrong parts/inaccurate parts for a RL agency's vehicle would be like making a texture that looks nothing like a department but uploading it with that department title(IE: Making a B&W skins and calling it "CVPI-NYPD Skin")

If the glass for the lightbar is above the extra's themselves then the glass will act as a wall. The lights are most likely activating, however, because of the placement in the hierarchy, the lights cannot penetrate the glass. Also, try not to use an extensive amount of misc_ dummies as I have heard the more misc_ the larger possibility of crashing in game. Good luck

K9, an attitude like yours is why so many people hate americans. How more ignorant can you get? As others have said, nuking people gets us nowhere. And regarding who the hell cares about North korea, I agree. I dont give two shits about North Korea. I care about the people in North Korea that work their asses off, only to be able to barely feed their children. And nuking those people is something no leader in the US or any country should consider doing unless nukes are used by NK first.
