I may be wrong here but I live in So-Cal and have not once seen a CHP cruiser with this lightbar.

All I have seen is the ELS-H and then their new Liberty setup as well as slicktops etc.

    I love this car, it's so nice but I hate ELS-H for GTA IV :/ so I made a LED version of that.

    when i spawn it it totally messes up the screen.. until i pan away from the car.. also it slows my game down.. any idea why? :(

    no i dont know why, i tested the car with three different GTA IV directories, and on two different computers and i didnt get any bugs :/ maybe is your game screwed or your computer is too bad.

    When the car spawns in game the wheels roof and trunk are missing. Also, All the front lights are red, even the blue modules on the vision have a red led light, might be an els mapping issue?

    Car is buggy and needs fixing but disregard my last comment. I saw your other model's and they look good and judging by the release dates it seems you are fairly new to modding, i assume of course.
