First problem is the name. I immediately think of a potted plant engulfed all by itself with like 3 engines, a ladder, and a squad on scene. So if that is not the case, then maybe change the name from Plant to Wild or something rather

If I read that right, it would leave just the lighting area. So you did the light part of the lightbar? And the rest from other parts or converted from sketchup? -
Would recommend going for an as accurate lighting setup if you are going to call it a certain car. I do not know much about the NCHP though. 3/5

Semi-Scratch? What have you done and where have the rest of the parts came from? Just curious as there is already a Javelin unlocked in the GTA Community(not the one by LCCOP)

Its better that he does this IMO. Time and time again people upload to the download section and that is why there is such low quality releases. Take a look at a few other sites(not gonna name any). Majority of the people who release always post a thread beforehand. This needs to be done more often here aswell to get feedback before releasing instead of after when people are pissed that it is bumping good mods off the recent upload list. OP should probably include pictures though!

You should really try messing around in zmodeler yourself instead of getting support for every issue you come across. Go to select>All>Right click on your object(it will select all).>Selected Mode>Move.

Looks good except for the lightbar. It doesn't really look like an x2100 at all. Just looks like a scaled version of the Voltex. Maybe try replacing the textures on that lightbar? Or modify the Rx2700? '> http://ts1.mm.bing.net/th?id=H.4908087817209360&pid=1.7

Miscrediting and giving yourself credit for something you may not have done is in fact not allowed. I do not understand why you cannot just provide proof. Instead you run around spamming your own thread with your immature extremely childish chat lingo and make it seem more and more like you are taking credit for something you did not do.

First of several San Bernardino County Sheriff Vehicles to be included in my next pack!! -
You can call it what you want(glitch bug normal whatever) but I am almost sure that the steady burn lights were meant to be remapped before being used in GTA. It does not make the car model unstable or anything but it makes it less accurate as a dodge charger as they do not have them in real life. I would definitely recommend updating the pack with that fixed. As far as everything else goes I think you're all good. However, your video does not play for me. Anyone else having issues with that?

You have way to many misc files. I have been told that the more misc_ files you have the more likely the vehicle will crash. Make sure to use the attach tool for things. All lightbar parts should be attached to one main part etc etc. Almost every model will have 1 misc_ file for lights. No matter how many lights are used they are all attached to one and then put into one misc file in the hierarchy. Don't make a new misc file for each part you import.

Boy did this topic derail. I think pepper spray is probably one of the more effective. However the backspray can be a bitch. I got sprayed with Mace by a friend once and man did that hurt. lol and fyi go with milk if you ever get sprayed. water does not cut it. Just makes it WAY worse!!

You sure those steadyburns aren't a "glitch"? Whether it may look like it or not in zmodeler why don't you point me in the direction of a charger that has those lights on steadyburn all the time. If you want more info with regards to that you can PM me. Not going to spam the comments of your file with my thoughts. As far the interior goes, that is my bad. Apologies on that part.
