Try re-installing lcpdfr if you have not. Or remove alpr as I think may be the problem.

Hope you like it i'm making skins for each town.Next will be beachgate, also a tahoe for firefly will be out tomarrow.... problems with pictures.

This skin is based off of the Binghamton police department in new York. Hope you like the skin, please report any flaws or problems. I will edit the skin if there is any.

Claremont police department skin for ford crown Victoria. I do take requests so go ahead and ask. I do have several other skins available on my page. Hope you like it constructive criticism would be nice if I have done something wrong. The stripe starts farther into the taillight. The stripe goes farter to the front. Missiong logo. Bad quality Picture.

There is no file in that readme.I think i've seen that on gta4mods.com.Theres no skin just the readme.It is a nice crownvic however.

Yes it is possible, you need to download vehicles then install them using sparkiv. The in-game trainer turns on when you press the key under the esc key.Unless you mean simple native trainer then its f3 or f1

Steps to install sirens. 1. open sparkiv 2. browse which version of the game you have. 3.scroll to pc-audio-sfx 4.then scroll to resident.rpf 5.Double click that then click resident. 6.the click on horns.ivaud to highlight it then press import 7. find the horns.ivaud in the folder and click open. 8.Press save on all screens were it applies. 9.Happy Listening
