This is my fourth skin hope you like it.There was no Tahoe's to view nor to copy and try to get everything to match up.I looked at various vehicles then made the skin this to my knowledge the first pa state police Tahoe skin.Tell me what you think if you want a skin made just let me know. Installing skin. 1.Open gta4 directory 2.Scroll down and double click spark iv 3.Click the version of the game. 4.Then scroll to model-cdimages-vehicles 5.Scroll down in the vehicles to the polpatriot then click the wtd file. 6.After clicking wtd click edit. 7.Find pol_sign_1,2,3,4 8.Click on each of those one at a time not all just 1. 9.Click import texture. 10.Find the texture then hit open. 11.do 2-4 12.Save and close 13.Then hit save on the main screen 14.Have fun

yea everyone has a rough start it gets easier mike mention the site of what you look at police cars get inspriration dont take 30 mins take a week or two making skins if you want it to be good

I suggest making a file on Notepad and type in it -windowed then saveas commandline.txt and drag it to the gtaiv directory.

Try deleting the save game if you saved with lcpdfr on that may be the problem either way delete the save game

70,000 is not going to matter they maake most money with console in gta4's first week they sold 6 million units worldwide and made over 500 million dollars
