LSC Constable (mini package) +Ped + EUP
Hey how did I miss this one?!? Constables are far underrepresented in here. Very nice work! (Lifelong Texan)

University Of Texas Police
Worked on two different UT campuses. Absolutely hysterical to see that livery here! Even more hilarious is that you'd probably have to do two dozen liveries to cover all of the random models they use. Their parking lot would have; a new Tahoe, an old Tahoe, a reeeeeally old Explorer, an old Dodge Pickup with a truck topper on the back, a slicktop Impala, a CVPI, an old Charger, a new Charger, and a BMW motorcycle. Literally no two units on any campus were the same!

Why my stuff is gone
No need to worry Maurice97, your English is 100x better than my German. I very much enjoy your work. Sorry to see you go.

Requesting a Texas Ranger Ped
The Texas Rangers are the elite investigative unit of the Texas Department of Public Safety. There are currently 150 members of this force, split into 6 companies (A-F) that cover the entire State of Texas. Known for their Western-style uniform, each Ranger's badge is made by hand from a 1947 or 1948 Mexican five-peso coin. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_Ranger_Division

What FPS can I expect?
Really appreciate all the feedback here gents. I'm currently running a 1gb GTX 560 ti ... even with the limitations there I've been able to fool around with LSPDFR on medium settings at a lower resolution. My two-year-old boy is a major resource hog so a complete overhaul isn't in the cards at this time.

What FPS can I expect?
Gents ... Finally diving into LSPDFR after some time away from gaming. No need for 4K on my end, and cost is a consideration for me. Current setup- i5-2500k running at 4.0 ghz 8gb RAM Antique GPU Toshiba 500gb HDD I'm planning to snag a 1050 ti to replace the GPU, but was also considering a bump up to 16gb RAM and/or an SSD. I'd be happy playing LSPDFR on Med/Hi settings with Mods and ELS installed. Would these upgrades get me there? Cheers.

Debating an Upgrade
Current Specs: i5-2500k Gigabyte z77-ds3h GTX 560 Ti 1Gb 7200rpm HD 2 x 4 GB RAM 600w Power supply Windows 7 pro Can currently play LCPDFR with ELS enabled vehicles for about 20-40 min before crashing (usually during pursuit), though I am only able to play at medium settings ... Should I get an SSD and install the game there? OR upgrade my graphics card? OR get a bigger power supply and cooler and over clock the heck out of my i5-2500k? And, if I go get a new graphics card ... Focus on getting a 4GB card? Or higher clock speed? Not going to spend $350 on a card BTW.

Reinstalling GTA IV - Very Frustrated
Yep. Especially frustrating because I had it working perfectly for over a year.

Reinstalling GTA IV - Very Frustrated
Sorry. Crossed up. This is the 4th time I'm gone through the process and I did in fact install it into the Program Files folder instead of x86. I did run both as admin.

Reinstalling GTA IV - Very Frustrated
It's a legal copy. Installed from the same disc I used previously. I'm running as administrator. Here's a screenshot ...

Reinstalling GTA IV - Very Frustrated
Had GTA IV, LCPDFR .95, numerous mods, etc installed on my machine (which has ample specs and ran at nice FPS with few crashes) for over a year. Decided to do a fresh reinstall and configure it for LCPDFR 1.0. It's turned into a mess and I must have gone completely dumb or am completely forgetting something I did the first time around. Uninstalled GTA IV, Rockstar Games Social Club, LCPDFR .95 ... looked for Rockstar Games folders in my program files folder and found none, just in case there might be some leftover that needs to be manually deleted. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit (had GTA IV installed in the Program Files x86 folder last time and thought about installing in the regular Program Files folder but at this point I just want to get it working). To reinstall I did the following: 1) I put the disc in and perform the regular install without incident. 2) Run the 1.0.7.0 title update Tried to open (Run As Admin) the game and got a lovely WS10 error. 3) Remembered xliveless and extracted the xlive, dll file into my Grand Theft Auto folder Tried to open again (Run as Admin) and this time no WS10 error, but a small black window opens for 3 seconds, closes, disc spins in the pc, then nothing happens. No error, no nothing. What did I miss here? I'm not even up to setting up LCPDFR 1.0 yet. Appreciate your help in advance.

[REQ] Dallas Skin
I'd love to see that too. DPD is using that new livery on 2010-2014 Chargers. Their Impalas are almost completely phased out at this point. Within the next 18 months the old livery will be completely gone. Also assume you've seen the Dallas County Sheriff Department's new livery as well ...

Cj24's Modifications
Possible to get a Dallas PD Charger with their post-2009 livery? They're only using Chargers now. Just a very small number of Impalas left running around in the old livery nowadays. Would be a perfect match for your Texas DPS collection (which I'm using now). Edit: Meant to add that their SWAT officers are still using Tahoes in the old livery as well.

2008 Stealth Suburban
Appears as though I screwed up the installation somehow. Installed as I normally would in the polpatriot slot and ended up in game with a solid white suburban (windows white as well) and a non-functioning lightbar. All other vehicles work normally. Odd. (Running ELS v5). My system never lags or crashes so guessing I missed something.

Local Law Enforcement Agency/Local Police Force
Funny to see someone from Hanover, Germany here. My family left the Hanover area (Landesbergen) around 1840 to come to the US. Dallas, TX Dallas Police (New Livery Debuted in 2010) Dallas County Sheriff (New Livery Debuted in 2012) Dallas Area Rapid Transit Police Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Police Texas Department of Public Safety (State Trooper) The Texas Rangers (Special Investigative Unit of the Texas Department of Public Safety) drive unmarked CVPIs. There are others not included here such as; Dallas ISD Police, Dallas County Constables, US Border Patrol, Federal Protective Police.

Cj24's Modifications
That's the best looking Dallas CVPI I've seen anywhere. Still hoping someone would tackle the current Dallas markings, and unfortunately all they're buying now are Chargers. I've tried my hand at their new black and white livery but I can't find anything remotely close to the correct font. Have tried several font ID sites to no avail. Appreciate the quality of your work CJ, it's impressive. http://www.flickr.com/photos/mstreeman/6253370329/

Flashpoint Chevrolet Suburban [FIXED]
I must have screwed something up when I installed the earlier handling line. Changed it to the revised one and the Tahoe is still rolling over the same way. Pardon my ignorance, but does it matter how many spaces there are between each item in a handling line?
