gta 5 had a minor update a few days ago causing script hook v to no longer be the correct version. it's a unknown ETA when Script hook will be updated.

try loading it in your car, that's what works for me.. so pull up weapon wheel in the car.

GTA 5 had a minor update on 10/16 causing script hook v to not be eligible anymore. however I'm sure the developer is working to get this updated ASAP, but he has personal life issues and such that may cause a down time. script hook v is needed for ELS to work properly. keep checking here for an updated version http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

Hello all, I'm currently searching for a Unmarked CVPI however my attempts on the site have been unsuccessful considering half of the unmarked cvpi's are older versions.. Looking for CVPI with two lights on the dash/visor and the rear window. then on the grille I would like a few as well… if you know any updated versions or links to some please fill me in!

Are you placing the files in the correct way? **HERE ARE A FEW STEPS THAT HELPED ME GET ELS WORKING** I would recommend this : Do you have script hook V installed? > ELS needs this to work. after you have verified it's installed I would consider reinstalling it just to be 100% sure... then reinstall ELS as well. Open IV > mods > update >update > x64 > dlcpacks > "YOUR LATEST PATCH DAY" should be 19 as of 10/09/2018. ELS for the vehicle to be registered you got to place the vehicles ".XML" File in ELS the correct way. GTA 4 MAIN FOLDER > ELS > PACK_DEFAULT > DRAG AND DROP THE .XML FILE HERE. P.S Make sure the vehicles you wanna use are kind of newer, and have good reviews. this should help. I've seen numerous vehicles posted in the "ELS" section and they weren't even ELS...
