One question... Why though?

Review is based off the screenshot you have provided. I am giving you one star because of the lack of information you have provided in this so called "vehicle texture". As well as the sole image of the Peel Regional Police crest, which doesn't tell us anything of what you apparently created. Detailing of Crest: 10/10 it is on point and accurate. Detailing of Cars: 0/10, I am getting errors on locating the file, this is the error I am getting... "texture.exe not working" Usually my review is positive and negative feedback equally, but until you fix the description of your file, and add proper photos, then my review will stay the same. The one star is not permanent. *NOTE*: PLEASE FIX YOUR UPLOAD, AND FOR FUTURE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED DETAILED OR SOMEWHAT OF A DESCRIPTION ABOUT YOUR FILE AND ADD THE PROPER PHOTOS BEFORE UPLOADING.

Just wanted to say as soon as scripthook is updated and I have the time I am using this ped and Walters Ohio State Trooper car pack as my police service. I prefer complete things and this modification and that pack is one of them.

I would love to review this, but I have a problem with the screenshots as they are not clear. If you can do better photos that would be great. Based on what you have provided looks fine overall.

My review is based off the screenshots provided. Based on what you have provided via screenshots, I love the amount of detail and creativity you put into this "mini" pack of yours including the character modification as well. Let me start off with judging; Detailing of Cars Textures: 5/10 [5 out of 10 because of the side decal to me it looks like a giant spoon in my opinion, it a nice design in the end but not personally my taste maybe incorporate swoosh or straight line or something else, it doesn't add up to me *PLEASE NOTE THAT IS JUST MY OPINION* THE DESIGN generally is okay and it not bland or plain which I like. I would also like to see the crest/badge *Shoulder Patch* to be specific, on the side of the car as well which might complete the design.] Uniform: 10/10 [I am giving 10 out of 10 because the uniform, your character modification is well done, I like the white and black uniform it looks consistent with the cars you have provided, it matches the overall department you have created. I also like how you placed the crest on the shoulder instead of doing a complete LAPD style uniform with no side shoulder patches. Overall unique and original material love it.] Crest: 10/10 [I LOVE THE crest you have created a lot of detail put into making it look like an actual department crest. Also unique and original design.] 5 STARS. I AM hoping you'll take into consideration maybe adding the department crest on the side of the vehicle in the front I think personally it would make the car stand out more. Looking to more that you have in the future.

My review is based off of the provided screenshots. I like the amount of detail put into this design as it is based off an actual department, some things I want to address is where it is an inspired design of Findlay Police, maybe keeping the badge of Findlay that is displayed on the real life counterpart, in game and changing the wording to "LOS SANTOS POLICE". OTHER then the crest missing I like the textures generally. Where this looks realistic I don't believe the FBI SWAT team all units of SWAT, use "Skull" face masks. These guys are FBI not SEAL TEAM 6. If I am wrong I apologize but to me it would be an image thing and the FBI would clearly display the upmost professionalism when performing tasks as well as look professional as well. *REQUEST* I am asking you to find me a photo of a FBI personal using a skull face mask while performing his or her duty.

Please keep in mind that the 2 stars are not permanent as this can be changed at any time. I like that the model in use is a Ford Crown Victoria. I just would like to see proper lighting such as a Light Bar as most Security Vehicles use Light Bars. *NOTE* I am Canadian so I am going to do my review based off of Canadian policy and guidelines for Security Vehicles. Where it might be different in America or any other part of the world, I am still sure the rules are somewhat the same. Coloring: The cars coloring, is stealth grey which in Canada is not legal, the security cars in no way or form can look like police cars. Ram Bar is fine as some use that here. 0/10 Lighting: As mentioned above the light bar would be nice but not all cars use them where I live. other then that minimal lighting and to the point I like it 10/10. Would be nice to have the light bar. Decals: All security cars are supposed to be marked vehicles if used for security purposes. *NOTE* Keep in mind it a security vehicle not a police vehicle, may have been before but for roleplay purposes it should be marked. 0/10 For now this is my review. Just make it look more like a security vehicle and I will change my review and rating. Once again this is based off my knowledge for where I live, if it is different where you live, please let me know so I have a better understanding. I'm going to be honest, I personally am not a fan of the design, but i'm giving 5 stars due to creativity and uniqueness. I think implementing a UK style to an American Based force is pretty cool. Good job overall not my taste but like what you have done. :)

I like how it is Alaskan State Trooper based and I love how the lightbars match its real life counterpart good job.

I am giving you one star for numerous reasons my friend, note I can change this at any time from 1 - 5 so please listen to the feedback that is given to you before lashing out and what not at your fellow LSPD:FR Community members. The first thing is your coloring. The coloring of the car is too light, the Light Blue and Pure White colors do not work in my opinion. I get you are trying to be creative and unique which I think is marvelous but putting together colors that usually don't make sense isn't the way to do it. Remember it a texture for a POLICE CRUISER not a parade. Police cruisers / departments need to be taken seriously, if I saw a light blue cruiser driving around I would be like "The f*ck is this garbage???... This department is clearly not representing itself correctly." Now not every cruiser in the world has to be Black and White or full White and what not as they traditionally are but maybe do darker colors, the white is fine but the light blue could be a darker blue in my opinion. Second thing is your design on the sides the yellow and white. The yellow chevrons should be more horizontal. I understand what you are trying to do with them but in my opinion because they aren't swooshes and curves it should be straight. Now I have noticed some of the yellow chevrons are horizontal at 100%, but your Crown Victoria again based on screenshots is slightly slanted upwards. Text should be a bit more bold. The chevrons not being straight could just be the angle of the screenshot but if that is not the case please fix. Third thing is general design. I see you got a little lazy with putting on the cars "CALL 9-1-1" for example your Ford Crown Victoria, Taurus and Expedition do not have "Call 9-1-1" on them which they should the design of a cruiser is the "UNIFORM" a uniform should look the same as the other uniforms. On the explorer the "CALL" part of it goes into the gap of the door handle which needs to be fixed. I also do not see any car numbers, identifying their district or division and general car identification. The reason for the numbers is if someone wants to report a cruiser for let's say doing something illegal such as speeding then a civilian can call in say "Hi, I saw one of your cruisers, car number 1234 drive by and was going pretty fast almost causing couple of accidents" these numbers are also important in identifying the car of what division or district it belongs too. Forth thing is creativity, maybe add some more design to the rear of the cars all you have is "STATE POLICE" which is find but maybe safety stripes and what not on the back. This is all for me please take into consideration my feedback. I would like to see some improvements, once I see them I will be more then glad to change my review and star rating.

With all due respects to what you have created I would have liked too seen a youtube video of the lights flashing as well as pictures where the emergency lights are not sitting on still mode. other then that good pack.

Based on clarification from comment section, I am rating this 5 stars not only because I see the point in this mod/texture but I like how you made it look better then the original R* Plates. Keep up the good work.

I haven't used the PED personally in game as I like using the default EUP ones but based on your screenshots I really like the amount of detail and time and effort you have put in, into creating this character, as well as based off of other IRL images of the actual uniform itself to me it looks 100% accurate. I love the little details you added to the front of the uniform, and just every little thing you did made it look as real as possible. Do not let idiots and incompetence from other peoples negative reviews ruin your day or generally your confidence. Like the review that was rated 3 Stars for a stupid black line which I will agree is pathetic as well. If I could give you more stars I would totally. Keep it up. I can't wait to see what else you have up your sleeves. :)

As per other reviews I would love to give this and as well as all your plugins and scripts a 30 star rating if it was possible as I love everything about your plugins. You provide such realism to the world of GTA V LSPD:FR and every time I play using your creations I just keep on going because it never gets boring. I can't wait for more updates and what else you will bring to the table. Cheers Mate. :)

If I could give a zero star rating I would as I have read from the other reviews as well as comments from other people on this file, I am personally disappointed. I am going to be completely blunt with you and I am not going to sugar coat it either. In future do not post or upload creations if they are not at least 50% - 100% completely done as this is clearly a 0% progress. if anything this file should not even be for download but a W.I.P [Work In Progress] the only time you should be uploading anything to this site is when you have something to provide for the community. All you pretty much did was say "oh I am just going to place this here, make this that colour, then do that... Okay done!" You cannot simply just do that, if you are going to make a texture PLEASE BE UNIQUE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE and CREATIVE. Uniqueness and Creativity are the top two things that you need to be able to even compose a texture let alone something simple as supposedly as this. I apologize if this is review is as harsh or super negative then the rest of the reviews here but I am commenting as such to pretty much give you a lesson. If you cannot take criticism and you are not willing to take the 90% of negative feedback you have received and IMPROVE on your mistakes then there is nothing more this community can do for you. In the end DO NOT BE AFRAID to ask for help, LSPD:FR is a community website for a reason not just for sharing mods and what not but to help each other out. There are many creators who are good at making textures that I recommend you ask for help in the future as they can give you the tools you need based off their experience. Please do not take this review to heart my goal is not to hurt you or insult you I am simply providing a detailed review based on what I have read and seen. I would like to see updates on this texture progress as I believe you can do A LOT better then this. You just need to open your mind up a little more. :).

I like this charger due to the creativity that was put into making this vehicle, just the perfect amount of lights and details in my opinion. Lighting: 10/10 Detail: 20/10 *I am giving you 20/10 because of the legendary chrome campaign hat you put on the dash :P *lay off the polish by the way haha** Overall Design: 10/10 Good work mate.

As per other reviews/comments, you have most defiantly brought something new to the table. About time someone has released a Suburban, yes there are others out there but none as unique as this one. Lighting: 20/10 I am rating 5 stars due to the creativity and because I absolutely love it. I am putting this in my game as soon as I can.
