"Ghost" Vehicles are used in the whole U.S. They are ment to not being recognised so easy as a Marked Vehicle. They have a very good purpose to exist. And they are FUN!

Well, that's a scene you see in movies.But its also a reallity. Today a Federal Fugitive, named John Wistler AKA "The Blaze" was captured by F.B.I. Special Agents and F.B.I. S.W.A.T. Members. He was a National Fugitive and one of the "10 Most Wanted" at the F.B.I. List. He had 2 Los Santos-state Warrants for TWO (2) counts of Attempted to Murder a L.E.O. , Eluding-Fleeing, and 3 more out-of-state warrants. A member of the Public recognised him from a recent post he had seen with the "10 Most Wanted" and immediately called the F.B.I. Agents verified his story and the Identity of the Fugitive and a Task Force was getting ready while Unmarked Officers were doing 24/7 Surveilance on the Subject. If you see something, say something!

Unfortumately, an Active Shooter put the Los Santos University today in target... Officers recieved a call of an "Armed Man". Upon arrival, officers spotted the Armed man carrying an AK-47. As they were approaching him, he started shooting everybody that was in his way. Officers quickly tried with verbal commands to De-escalate the situation, but the shooter was non-stop shooting. Officers finally disarmed the man by firing a few rounds at him. S.W.A.T. was called out and A.T.F., F.B.I. and D.H.S. Federal Agents arrived on scene from the nearest Field Office to alanyze the Incident. Unfortunately, 14 students lost their live that day, and the shooter sucumbed to his injuries hours later at the local Hospital.
