Installation:
 
1- Open OpenIV
2- Go to the "Vehicles.rpf" folder Mods / update / x64 / dlcpack / medic4523 / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles / vehicles.rpf
3- Then open the .ytd file and type "sign" with "edit mode"
4- Replace the file with the new one
5- Click on "Save", remove the "edit mode"
6- Have fun

This ranges from lifesaving services and proactive education of the dangers of water, to law enforcement in association with the San Andreas Parks Authority. This pack provides the ability to serve the needs of this agency, without resorting to boring vanilla and non-ELS models.
 
This pack contains two models, matched with textures.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Hello fellow LSPDFR players! Today I have decided to release a audio modification for the Stun Gun I have been keeping to myself for a month or so now. This is a file that contains 2 .wav audio files that replace the in game taser shooting sound along with the charging up sound, which in my version has been removed/replaced with a blank audio file to add more realism. 
 
The following is a quick showcase video that demonstrates what my audio file will sound like once installed in your game.

Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users.  This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights.  Keyboard or controller only.
 
Included Features
Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding  AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

3. Broken Vehicle - 911 Caller reports a vehicle heavily damaged driving very slowly.
4. Prisoner Transport - Officer needs you to transport a suspect to the closest jail.
5. Homeless Person Move Along - Business owner reports a homeless person standing outside. He would like him to be moved along.

BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.
− 2. Download and install (a) pro-ELS vehicle model(s).

Installation:

How to use the custom logo/sound:
 
Logo: Place a .png with the logo of your choice (and preferably transparent background) in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.png".
Sound: Place a .wav file with the sound of your choice in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.wav".
 
Don't go too crazy with the logo/sound files and keep them as small as possible in terms of file size. Larger sizes might cause issues/crashes.

Description
This is a revamp of smojo's original OC Spray script, picking up where it left off and fixing many of the issues seen in that mod. A new pepper spray can model has been added, NPC use functionality added and interfacing with the LSPDFR API to properly work during pursuits. (Because it uses the LSPDFR API the plugin only works when on duty)

It should be automatically added to your inventory when you go on duty. You can also manually add it:
When in game, press F4 to access the RagePluginHook Console and type "GiveWeapon WEAPON_OCSPRAY" without the quotations and press enter. Alternatively, you can add the entry to whatever loadout you want in the inventory xml as seen below.
Setup for NPCs (advanced users)
In "lspdfr\data\custom\inventory_eup.xml", simply add <StunWeapon chance="40">WEAPON_OCSPRAY</StunWeapon> below the stungun entry for patrol (if you want it to spawn with the patrol loadout). Change the chance to whatever you want, although I recommend to keep it below 100 and retain the taser as the OCSpray doesn't cause the suspect to surrender immediately- they'll just keep running until tased or the player arrests them.

Known Issues
- If an AI ped is shooting the spray towards the player, whizzing sounds are heard as if bullets are whizzing past
- AI spraying while running is not very accurate
- Sometimes the ped's screaming/coughing sounds don't play
- Ped doesn't surrender immediately if sprayed during a pursuit (LSPDFR API Limitation)
- Any cop sprayed during a pursuit will just stand there after the effects wear off, rendering them useless

Welcome to Coastal Callouts, the biggest LSPDFR mod ever created. More than just a callout pack, this mod features a massive DLC with new boats, helicopters, planes, buildings, peds, maps, and other game changes; includes new features like a throwable life preserver ring, working helicopter hoist, and cargo planes which can transport and air-drop equipment; over a dozen new callouts with nearly infinite possible variations; an AI copilot to fly your helicopter while you jump out the door into raging seas; and much much more. After nearly 3 years of development, the mod is finally available to everyone to play. 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
The DLC/LML Package is required to use Coastal Callouts. Install Lenny's Mod Loader first, then you can download and install the Coastal Callouts LML Package using the Mod Manager.  You will need to have LSPDFR 0.4.8+ installed and working A functional gameconfig.xml for your current game version is required. You can download a gameconfig using LML, or find one on gta5-mods.com for the latest game version There are multiple downloads on this page. You must install both the "LML Package" and the "Plugin" download to use the mod. The plugin download must be installed manually; follow the instructions in the included readme.txt file.  I strongly recommend that you make sure your GTA V installation works stably with RagePluginHook, Lenny's Mod Loader, and a modified gameconfig.xml before you attempt installing any part of Coastal Callouts.

No. The publicly released version of Coastal Callouts is available for FREE to all users. There may be future updated versions which will be available to members of the Parks Benefactor Program as early access betas, but all updates will eventually be released for free to everyone. Can I record YouTube videos or stream myself playing this mod? 
Yes. You may record or stream any released version of the mod. You must include a link to this download page in the video description of any video focused on Coastal Callouts. If you only use a feature once incidentally during a video you may include the download link in a mods list hosted elsewhere if the mods list is linked directly in the video description. If you do use this mod in videos and enjoy it, I would encourage you to join the Parks Benefactor Program. You will get in-game recognition for being a member.  Does it work on FiveM? 
The scripts do not work on FiveM, but most of the models do work on FiveM. There is a FiveM resource pack provided on this download page with the vehicles, buildings/map edits, and peds. A FiveM version of the helicopter hoist function is available from a developer I collaborated with, and implements the same general functionality, including the hoist hook, control interface, and hoist cam, and supports grabbed peds, rescue basket, and stokes litter on the hoist. See trailer video below. Other features may eventually be ported to FiveM as well; however, the original full-featured LSPDFR plugin only works with single player.  Do I have to run LSPDFR to run Coastal? 
Yes How do I install it? 
Download both the LML Package and the Plugins download. Follow the README.txt file instructions to install the mod. The readme is the same in both downloads.  Do you have a Discord server?

You can use the Coastal Callouts Modding Guide to download the full vehicle templates and other customization information for those who may want to develop their own packs. Please PM me if you are an experienced texture designer and want to create an official international pack for your own country or region.  What are the keybindings? 
They are all defined in the Coastal Callouts INI file. The main keybinding is ] (right square bracket) to open the Coastal menu.  Do I have to use LML to install it?
Yes. The mod is too complex to realistically support a "manual install" method. We did this during the beta, and it was way too much work to help everyone get it installed manually. You must install the "Mod Loader" components of LML to use Coastal Callouts. Using the Mod Manager/Mod Downloader interface is optional. If you don't want to use the mod manager to download the package, you can download the LML Package manually, and then copy the contents into the "LML" folder in your main GTA V folder.  The Paleto station doesn't spawn when I'm not on duty or when I use the FiveM pack
The Paleto station was built using outdated techniques before newer methods for modding buildings were developed. Therefore it is not compatible with FiveM and can only be loaded by the script in singleplayer. I am planning to rebuild it in the future.  The fireboat doesn't shoot water on FiveM
The water cannons have been disabled on the FiveM version, because they cause the game to crash when fired. I am not aware of anything I can do to change the model to fix this, but if you figure out any workaround please let me know.

Description
This mod adds police vests, belts, and other equipment to GTA V.
Features
The vests fit properly with various outfits! No awkward gaps or improper sizing!
Realistic gear such as earpieces and realistic vests!

Installation
First, install EUP.
To use the new vests, you must install this mod too.
 
It is strongly recommended to back up the original files before installation!
Open the File folder.
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf
Open the corresponding folder (e.g., vest, earpiece, etc.), and place the folder (e.g., mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood) that contains the files you want to use.
In-game, change the TASK category.
If your character’s vest (or other item) has changed to the one you installed, the installation was successful.
If installed correctly, the added folders should look like this:
