pursuit menu is only displayed if there's an active pursuit in progress. are you sure you have active pursuit on the map (blinking map area and red suspect blip) ??

you can upgrade RAM to 16GB for more stable game, but it won't have significant impact on the FPS. basically, you need to have high FPS on vanilla GTA V, since LSPDFR will drag down more than half of your vanilla FPS. I suggest to have >150FPS when running only GTA V (vanilla) if you want to have smooth 60FPS on LSPDFR to achieve that, you need more powerful GPU and CPU (i7 and GTX1080 minimum) or you can tune down several GTA V graphic settings to increase your base vanilla FPS. tuning down "population density" will also help if you don't have powerful CPU

try to remove the bigger dll one (AdvancedHook.dll - 268KB)) you can also remove AdvancedHookV.asi since ELS doesn't need it (unless you have other plugin that requires it)

i think you need AdvancedHookV.dll installed for ELS to work (not AdvancedHookV.asi)

you have to be able to see which plugin is an RPH plugin, and which one is LSPDFR plugin. if you want to do modding, you need to learn and understand all mods that you want to install. that video is only a tutorial to install LSPDFR 0.4 you can find another tutorial by Benzo how to install plugins

i think LSPDFR 0.4 now fully spawns mp freemode model for all their cops by default. you have to make modification on the xml files to spawn smy cop models.

you would need OpenIV to do that. you'll just browse around the "Characters" download list and the pick one. there's a readme file in the package which will tell you where you can put the mod file on.

what do you mean with the player is not added to the pursuit? do you see the map area bliping (sign of pursuit in progress)? if suspect is fleeing without any sign of pursuit blips, hold the "B" key (default) to report crime and the pursuit will be triggerred

there are 2 type of plugins: RagePluginHook plugin. It is installed under "GTA V main folder\Plugins" LSPDFR plugin. It is installed under "GTA V main folder\Plugins\LSPDFR" you can read the installation guide on each plugins readme file. it will mention where you should put the plugin on.

can you launch GTA V directly from steam? and make sure you also have .net framework 4.6.1, (if you only have 4.6, it won't work)

there are 2 types of police peds in LSPDFR 0.4 native ped model (e.g. s_m_y_cop_01, s_m_y_sheriff_01, etc.). if you want to replace this native model, just use openIV mods folder and you can find tons of "character" mods in this site to download and install multiplayer freemode ped model. to customize this model, you'll need EUP pack installed and have the LSPDFR data xml files edited to change outfits, etc.

i think't it is caused by some other plugins. if you have interaction+ or LSpersistenceD, try to disable them and see how it goes.

i'm glad you sorted it out. may i know what antivirus do you use? this information might be useful for other player which has the same issue and same antivirus.

lol. LSPDFR & policesmartradio might randomize the ped profile. just make sure not to run ped check on cop.

my recommendation is to have RAM at least 16GB and VRAM at least 4GB (that's a bare minimum)

what DirectX version is set in your GTA V graphic settings? make sure to set it to DirectX11

i see... your PC specs is in the lowest end to run GTAV + LSPDFR, especially memory (RAM & VRAM). you can still run GTA V just fine, but to have LSPDFR on top of it, you'll need more juice. in your windows setting, try to increase page size (virtual memory). also check if your HDD is full (because virtual memory need space on your HDD)

did you run RPH as administrator?

the log says that it cannot access LSPDFR dll file. make sure you have the access right to that file. also try to disable your antivirus, which might quarantine that file.
