Los Santos Police Pack (based off Redmond PD, WA)
Features:
Lights Flash Extra spawning radars on some of the cars Interior equipment lights up Requires RDE if you want all the cars to spawn in traffic Bugs
Some missing polys in the interior of the FPIU and Tahoe 14 Charger's takedowns don't turn on unless the other ELS lights are on for some reason. Report anymore  

This is a list of controls for LCPDFR.  I printed a copy of this, and put it on my desktop, while I play.  This should help you all out there!

This pack is loosely based off of Cheshire Police. This pack currently includes skins for 11 different models, and will be update in the future to include a few more. Everything should be easy to install like my other packs, open the corresponding vehicle ytd file, click import and select all the skins for the same vehicle then save. If there are any problems please let me know. Each vehicle includes 10 skins for each county and then a file that mixes the 3 county skins in one file, that has 12 skins in it. This allows people to hopefully use any or all of the skins they like. Please respect the amount time taken and do not re-upload or rip off.

Blaine County Sheriff
Based off Sonora Police
 
This pack is based off the Sonora Police, I liked sheriff on the side better so went with that, and includes my usual things. They are clean and simple yet not at the same time. I have include technically two skin variations one being the older style and one being the newer. (I think) I put the newer style on the models I felt would have that style on them rather than the old, like 2016 FPIU, 2016 Charger etc, and the old style on the ones I could find pictures of or just older model vehicles. However I did mainly just do the skin I felt looked best on each model. If you see any issues please let me know and I will try to correct. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.

I know it is not perfect but, I hope you all enjoy the skin!

A new helicopter to fit right into the landscape of San Andreas. This Super Puma is used in real life by the LASD (albeit in a slightly different configuration). It comes with a lore friendly Los Santos skin by default, but Los Angeles textures are included seperately.
 
This helicopter has full (proper) LOD models and collision meshes. Dirt mapping, bullet holes, glass breaking is possible as well. PNWParksFan made a custom layout allowing several peds inside the helicopter. Landing gear, lights and cockpit instruments are functional.
 
Comes in its own Add-On archive.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

After 8 Long on and off Months of working on this Pack it is finally being released for everyone to use:
 
Thero's Lore Friendly, Fictional, ELS Vehicle Pack (23 Total Vehicles). 
 
This is a Lore Friendly pack and not based on any real emergency services department. HOWEVER Fire Liveries are based on the Murrieta, Ca Fire vehicle Liveries but in Lore Form. The Sheriff Vehicles are based on the Eagle County, Colorado Sheriff Department Liveries but in Lore Form.
 
*NOTE* I know EMS/Fire/Tow/Taxi/ and Stanier are not part of a Sheriff's department, I just didn't want to create a 4th pack download for just those vehicles (And the Sheriff Vehicles are only 3 vehicles so it made more sense here then in the police or undercover one.)
 
*NOTE* These 3 packs obviously have a lot of time and energy in them when I worked on them. If you find issues other than in the known issues that I may have overlooked please let me know and I'll try and provide a fix and update the file

This is a fire department texture pack and red light replacement for the 2015 Tahoe by @Captain14. 

This pack includes textures for all Los Santos Fire Department stations, Blaine County Fire Department stations, and EMS units for both departments. It also includes textures to convert the lighting from red/blue to all red on the SUV.

A texture modification for 'Emergency Uniforms Pack'   IMPORTANT: Before installing this mod, please ensure you have downloaded and installed Emergency Uniforms Pack, if you haven't got it already, you can get it here: GTA5-MODS.COM, LCPDFR.COM
Also ensure you have OpenIV installed: GTA5-MODS.COM, OPENIV.COM   NOTE: Inside your download will be a readme.txt file, to explain exactly how to install this mod.
This mod instructs you too replace certain files in order for you to be able to use the FIB SWAT (EUP original), and my FIB HRT uniforms at the same time, without replacing SWAT with HRT. However, you may replace the SWAT files with the HRT files if you wish. I'd advise you to back up the EUP files, so you can revert back to original EUP files should you want to remove my mods. Alternatively you can use the uninstalled provided with EUP and then reinstall EUP with the OIV Package Installer.

Another of my own ideas for a skin, rather than based off anything in real life. I wanted to do something different from the traditional black and white or the all white style something a bit more modern feeling. This all grey with a blue swoosh and some white accents personally fit the bill. I hope some of you will enjoy and have fun with it. There are two CVPI's one for thehurks forza version and the other is for underwoods new version that I believe is an update of his old version so I expect that to be coming to more modders in the future. Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling.
