Check your window tint. Make sure its on none. if it is, switch to another tint and back to none. That may be the issue.

Might be the slot you put it in. That's probably a .meta issue too. Not a meta guy so I can't really tell you how to fix it, just know that's probably your issue.

Did you install any other mods along with scripthook? Did you install something incorrectly that may have caused it?

I have one for FiveM, and another for my modded game. You can only do this in the case of FiveM I think. My modded game is doing that infinite loading screen thing and I tried switching to the other directory and it didn't work. So as far as I know, it's not possible.

Like he said, are you using any outside lighting mods (other than ELS)? If not, ELS automatically turns on the regular headlights if they're off. Even during the day if i'm not mistaken.

So to make them standalone cars in their own slots (for example pb1 & pb2), you need to add them to a DLC. I've personally taken 7 months to figure out how to do this partially correctly. I personally recommend this tutorial below to do what you want: Again it's hard to nail, but as long as you use the correct carvariations and vehicles.meta, you should be A okay! Also, at this point there's no way to have the cars spawn in a certain jurisdiction such as PB, but if I'm correct, that's coming to LSPDFR 0.4

Here's a list of required metas for an addon car to properly work: vehicles.meta carvariations.meta If you have both of these in the proper locations, and it's still crashing, you may have incorrectly written the metas. That's typically what the problem is. I'm not very good with metas, so if that happens to be your problem, reach out to someone who's good with addons.

In order for the police to drive them (at least with LSPDFR) you need to put the addon slot names in the lspdfr backup.xml In order for the cops to drive them without LSPDFR, you need to edit the popcycle and popgroups (I have no idea how to edit them, but I know thats how you do that) Hope I helped a little. If you'd like clarification, please reply to this, things are understandably confusing with GTA modding a lot of times.

The ELS menu not opening is odd. You've tried the keybinding CTRL+P to open it? If that doesn't work still try the other CTRL key. If it still doesn't work, check your els.ini file to see if it's different than the default. I've had that problem with the cars not spawning on the first time. It's probably just your system being slow, or the car's very high poly or something like that.

Hi, So I have had problems loading GTA of late. I try to load it via RPH, the loading screen sits there (not frozen) and keeps going after it's finished loading plugins, and doesn't launch the game. So then I try loading without RPH, with the normal launcher. Same thing, loading screen is infinite. I then think to myself, what a good time to disable my mods/asi, doesn't change a thing, still stuck on loading screen. Also verified game files, just in case, and it says i have all my files My system isn't slow, it runs the game w/o intensive plugins at 55-60 fps I have the steam version for reference. I'm sad to say i've tried everything I can, and I have no idea what my problem is.
