I have made some plates, but i don't know how to get the purple-ish effect on the "plate_xx_n" image. How'd you do that? -

Hi everyone! I've been looking around and I haven't been able to find any locations with police/sheriff cars that I want to design liveries for. If you have any suggestions of counties or cities for me to design let me know

Go into the ELS.XML file and switch the sections that say "blue" with "red" (without quotations) open your trainer and go to components scroll to component 12 and select it- 71 comments

The texture itself looks great. I would love to see a complete pack, though I understand how much work that is. The texture is at a 2k quality, presumably the same as the included template. I do suggest changing the quality to 4k as it doesn't get blurry as the camera comes close to the car. If you're using photoshop, which I assume you are - go to image>canvas size>change top 2 dropdown menus to pixels>change top 2 textboxes to 4096.- 3 comments

Nice pack, could use a little work, though. On both sides of all vehicles, the brown stripe going across the car horizontally is a bit tall compared to the IRL vehicles. Also, the badge that's on the cars could be positioned a bit better. Additionally, you may want to update the screenshots with updates of files because of the change from the CV in version 3.0.0 is miles different in the screenshot. Otherwise they look great!- 2 comments

If this is something that took hard work, I appreciate your hard work. Not everybody has talent in this - but slapping Blaine County Sheriff on a black background simply isn't a quality design. What you should work on: Using different fonts trying different colors looking at simple police car designs you can base a texture off of finding a more advanced program to use to design, because this looks like you used a web based free program My goal in this isn't to insult you or make fun of your work, but this isn't something you put up for people to download yet. Wait until you've perfected it so people will look at it and say "I want that in my game right now". -

In this photo, I used Adobe Photoshop to add many things to a screenshot taken in GTA V Story Mode. I used the vibrance editor to change saturation/vibrance, the color balance tool to change some of the colors, and changed the brightness/contrast. I then used the rectangular marquee tool to fill a square with a grayish color, then hit Ctrl+t to warp it into a bit more slanted shape. I used the font Bolts SF to then type "DOJ COPS" with the horizontal type tool. Then I took the paint brush tool on a 0% hardness and 32% opacity and painted different colors around the lights where there wasn't enough, or any.© 2018, TJ Jennings
