  1. Hi Jacob, Thanks for that. Can you go ahead and go to your RagePluginHook settings, then to Game Settings, and force it to run in windowed mode? If that fails, go to your settings again and don't load any plugins at all. If it loads and you're in-game, press F4 and type "ReloadAllPlugins". Finally, if that doesn't work either, load GTA from Steam (not RagePluginHook). Once you're at the stage where you select whether to go into Singleplayer/Multiplayer, go into your GTA directory and load RagePluginHook. Wait for it to begin to load. Let me know if anything does, or does not, work. Thanks, Zen
  2. No problem, just try it whenever you can! I'm sure we can get it working at some point!
  3. Hi CL0, Could you try to launch the GTA V game without RagePluginHook, and then launch the RagePluginHook once you hit the screen where it asks you to choose Online/Multiplayer. Once the RagePluginHook has hooked and went into the bottom corner, select Story mode and it should begin to load. Let me know if that works. Zen
  4. That was going to be the next thing I'd suggest. Keep me updated! Zen
  5. Can you run your game again, and when it crashes, copy and paste the crash report that show immediately after? It should be significantly longer than your RagePluginHook.log and don't forget to use spoiler tag too Thanks, Zen
  6. Hi Nology, This is an issue that's cropping up frequently amongst users, and it frustrating. It's happened to me too. Try launching the game via Steam, but not by RagePluginHook.exe. Just launch the base game. Once you get to the menu screen which asks you to select Online/Singleplayer, go into your GTA V folder and start RagePluginHook.exe until it goes small to the bottom corner. Then select Story Mode and allow everything to load. This doesn't have a 100% success rate, but it can sometimes work. Please do let me know. Zen
  7. Hi BQCOM, Could you remove the Wilderness Callouts plugin for me, and then retry your LSPDFR? Thanks, Zen
  8. Hi Jacob, Could you go into your GTA V main directory and post your RagePluginHook.log? It will be a text file. Many thanks, Zen
  9. The issue there was caused by RagePluginHook using DirectX. Go to your RagePluginHook game settings, and do the following: 1. Force to run DirectX 10 then launch the game. If that fails go to step 2. 2. Force to run DirectX 10.1 then launch the game. If that fails go to step 3. 3. Force to run Direct X 11 then launch the game. If that fails, go to step 4. 4. Uninstall RagePluginHook and re-install it. Do not select all three boxes in one launch, and make sure to deselect the previous DirectX option if you try a different one. If none of those work, get back in touch and we can take it from there. Zen
  10. Hi Druiden, Could you show me your GTA V directory, your plugins folder and the LSPDFR folder inside of Plugins? Also, did you just replace 0.3 directly with 0.4, or did you re-install GTA V and then install 0.4? Thanks, Zen
  11. Firstly, welcome to LSPDFR! Just to expand on what @Ahmed4696 has said, he has suggested two very good plugins there and I'd echo his recommendation, though Interaction+ can be a little angry at other plugins sometimes He's also correct about the minicrashreports - those are .rcr files which we can't open, only RPH developers can. A plugin you currently use, Traffic Policer, already offers a Breathalyser function. I'd recommend going into the plugins folder and then "LSPDFR", and looking for the TrafficPolicer.ini file. This will tell you the controls for that plugin (.ini files are basically settings files for plugins) and you can see what button to press I believe there is also an in-game menu, if I remember correctly. One last thing to mention, LSPDFR plugins and mods are usually two separate things. Mods are generally additions or modifications to the core game files, such as replacing cars, weapons and clothing. Plugins simply "plug-in", quite literally, to LSPDFR and RagePluginHook. It's all semantics, really, but if you ever need help in the future then you can accurately explain what is/isn't working. Have fun, and welcome to the community again! Zen
  12. Hi CL0, You mentioned: Could you elaborate on what you've tried so far? That way I can possibly narrow the issue down a little further. Thanks, Zen
  13. Hi, thanks for that. Something I completely forgot to mention, and it's completely my fault, is to go on duty, and then reload your plugins folder. You can do this by: 1. Pressing F4 (or whatever RPH is assigned to) 2. Type ReloadAllPlugins 3. Wait for it to load 4. Type ForceDuty. If I understood your earlier comment correctly, then you can't currently see your "ForceDuty" command after going selecting BCSO, is that correct? If so, then LSPDFR hasn't crashed, it's just shut down and you'll need to manually restart it by doing the steps above. I've had a couple of people mention that selecting the BCSO doesn't start the LSPDFR plugin for some reason, and they found that this worked as a fix. Failing that, can you go on duty as LSSD instead, and then use the EUP menu to change your police officer outfit to an appropriate BCSO one? I know it's not ideal but it I think it comes close (though I'm not very knowledgeable in police lore, so I apologise if that doesn't fit). I look forward to your response. Zen
  14. Do you have any mods installed? For example, cars, weapons, clothing etc.?
  15. It wouldn't cause any harm as long as you do it right. Let me know if that fixes anything. If not, we can take it from there.
  16. Did you install LSPDFR manually or automatically?
  17. Then all you need to do is create a folder inside of Plugins, named LSPDFR You normally find that authors place their files into folders that share the same name as where they should be put into to work in your game. For example: Inside of the .zip file download, you might have folders and subfolders. Let's say they follow the order of: Grand Theft Auto/plugins/LSPDFR That means you need to go to your GTA directory, then into plugins, and then into LSPDFR, then drag the contents of that folder into there. If you need any help at all, I can guide you through the entire process, and it's really quite simple once you do one or two plugins yourself Hope this helps and you can get to enjoying the game like the majority of everyone else! Zen
  18. That crash happened because of HighwayCallouts crashing, it might be worth removing it to see if it works fine, or at least double checking your installation Have fun!
  19. Hi Idiot (no offence ), Could you tell me what plugins you're trying to use? Even better, if you show me a screenshot of your directories (GTA, Plugins and LSPDFR) I can try and find any misplaced files or missing files. I look forward to your response, I'm sure we can get this working! Zen
  20. So to clarify, you've tried launching it without loading the plugins, and then tried loading them from in-game?
  21. You should remove the Spotlight plugin, it's known to be causing a few crashes with LSPDFR 0.4.
  22. First thing, a plugin called MoreControlV is outdated and should be removed if possible. Second, you haven't installed CopHolster correctly or are missing files. Double check your installation. Thirdly, the Spotlight plugin is causing a lot of crashes for people using 0.4 so get rid of that too. If you need anything let, just let me know. Zen
  23. Have you made any changes to your plugins since it was last working? Or perhaps some mods?
