Low FPS

So I started playing LSPDFR about 2 weeks ago and everything was great, but only yesterday I loaded up the game and I was only getting 10-18 FPS that's a big difference to what I was getting before which was in the 30's to 40's and the game now just looks awful. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks

Alex

Have you made any changes to your plugins since it was last working? Or perhaps some mods?
