Of course. But backup your 0.31 first. Otherwise you can´t go back, if you have problems or likes 0.31 more or want to use plugins only for 0.31. And you need a fresh install of GTA to do so.

First, you used the wrong forum section. This is the support for LSPDFR 0.4 not 0.31. Then delete Unarmed Arrest. Its not working with 0.31. Also it´s build in since 0.30 Also please remove CheapCallouts and try again to start. If it didn´t work, post the logfile again.

That´s the wrong file. The file I need is in your GTA Main folder. A text document named Ragepluginhook (Without the numbers, your uploaded file has)

I agree, sometime there are plugins with really bad instruction. But I speak about Albos Plugins or STP or UB. It´s just simple drag and drop.

LSPD Vehicle Pack ELS Style Light 2.0.0 is a non-els pack. You cannot use ELS with it. Also not the VCFs

The modfolder is a copy of your GTA files. Just replace the visualsettings.dat you used in your modfolder for radiance v with the visualsettings.dat at the same location in the original game data.

There is more than onething wrong. 1. Please post all 3 xml files in your computer + folder. 2. Start RPH and change settings so that no plugin would be load at startup. Than start the game via RPH and open console (F4) Type in spwan sheriff2. Does it work? 3. Change RPH PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000. Also your Logfile don´t show an instant crash 😉

Strange. Nothing in the log for it. Only that STP failed to check for updates, but that shouldn´t be a matter. Please post your STP.ini. You need to convert them to load them up or easily zip the file.

Next time please write in the right forum section (LSDPFR Support) And do some searching before posting. Set PluginTimeoutThreshold in RPH-Settings to 60000.
