Don´t know exactly. You can try. I don´t use a trainer. Don´t know what for 😄 Cars can be spawned via console, I can change my loadout in the xml, if I want a specific weapon, soo I don´t need to use one 🙂

That you don´t preload the models, so there is more memory. Don´t misunderstand me now, but you complain about your perdormance. To set Main.PreloadAllModels to false is written in different topics about performance issues so many times. It´s also in the help and in a topic for first steps when you have problems. Maybe you should read a bit about the mod and what you can do and what features it has now and what settings you can change before complaining.

Please post your RPH-Log. It´s a text document called RagePluginHook in your GTA main folder.

Just the normal LSPDFR.ini. Again, you can´t compare an older version with less features with a newer version and more features. What are your settings in GTA5 as example? Do you used many mod cars?

Do you uncheck the options? When yes, please post the new RPH-Log. You don´t need to zip it. Just attach the RagepluginHook.txt. It´s in your GTA Main folder.

Uncheck all options in the advanced setting tab of RPH-settings and try again.

Well, I don´t know your settings, but your system isn´t that new so don´t expect to play everything on high (if you do so) Did you already set up your LSPDFR-settings for a better performance? Also, 0.4 has a lot new features, so why everybody compare it with 0.31? If the settings of GTA and LSPDFR set up to the system, the game has a better performance as 0.31 I guess. But new features often have a little performance impact. That´s normal in most cases. You can´t add more things everytime without more work for your PC at a certain point.

N/a means it is not a LSPDFR-Plugin. Look in the comments or try out by yourself if it works. But first when your game is stable. Then install it, if it won´t work, delete it.

What do you mean with there is no building? Please describe how you start the game and go on duty step by step 🙂

The file information on the site where you download it will help you. Every plugin you downloaded has infos there. Which RPH-Version, which LSPDFR-API is used ect. 🙂 Also it´s often written in the description. (One of your plugins had it big and red as second sentence in the description, you should read about what you are downloading 😉 ) Comments to the will help you too. 🙂

Like I told you. Remove every plugin, that isn´t updated for 0.4. You don´t need to delete everyone but a few.

Leute dieser Fehler wird hier fast täglich besprochen. Bitte bemüht euch doch mal etwas selbst 😉 Setz in den RPH-Settings deine PluginTimeoutTreshold auf 60000. Das du den Dienst nicht antreten kannst ist ja klar wenn LSPDFR nicht läuft 🙂 Wenn es dann immer noch nicht läuft, poste bitte deine neue Log

K9 isn´t installed properly. It´s a LSPDFR-Plugin not a RPH ones. Please read the installation instruction carefully 😉
