Information:
I realise I've been gone for a while, and that's because I went on vacation. Oh wow, I actually took a break. Anyway, this a pack I started a while back, and I'm pleased to present a SAHP mini-pack featuring rotor light bars. I see loads of LED based Highway Patrol packs, but very little decent rotor packs based of the CHP, so here you go! Only three cars in this one, they were hell on earth to get right. I may one day update this pack to feature more cars.

This is a small pack of Minnetonka Based police vehicles including a CVPI, 13 FPIU, and FPIS including Reserve units and K9 on some. This pack was an old request and figured I'd do it in my free time *cough* @Tactical Donut.
