    Bruh. Its a smart siren. not made for nypd. I just made one. If I wanted it to be nypd I would have put NYPD RUMBLER SIREN. But I didnt. So please fucking read the title before you come on my comments and saying it needs to be fixed.

    No its not ELS. Its obs. Its stupid.In game my fps is like 120 steady. But afetr done recording it looks like my fps is like 14 lol. Idl whats wrong with it. I have messed with the settings and nothing helped. The video quality is even horrible.
