Just use this vehicle as an addon? Nothing's stopping you from doing that. All you have to do is change the name of the files to something else, like "jeff5.ytd, etc" and do the other stuff you do to put an addon into your game. 

There is no need to ask the author to rename the files for you.

i put a fulll credit sheet in the download of the charger please include all those people that i put in the credits txt just copy and paste it please.. i dont get whats so hard to understand

You should do textures for other locations in the Tulsa area, including Sapulpa, Creek County Sheriffs Office, OHP, stuff like that.

next project is make this car unmarked and all blue, its not hard making them all blue, but idk about making it unmarked with more lights in the windows
