Chill callouts seems to be crashing LSPDFR when trying to load one of the callouts. I would try without that plugin and see if it works for you

The default key is Scroll Lock, you can change it in the ELS.ini under 'TogKeysLock'

There are two errors in the log for PolicingRedefined and ImpoundCallouts, so you could try without them and see But errors from mods in the mods folder generally won't have any information in the RPH log

Does toggle keys lock work? It should be Scroll Lock

To do that you need to verify your game files, which will automatically download the missing files. If on Steam then go to the game in your library > properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files

As you are on epic games, does it work if you load into singplayer normally first and then launch RPH?

Hello, can you upload your RagePluginHook.log from your game folder?

Is LSPDFR crashing at the same time? (or when you do the same action) or is it random? I would try with just LSPDFR and RPH first to rule them out being the cause

Are you using Advancedhook or ScripthookV? and are they up to date?

What issue are you having with install? I would recommend doing one thing at a time to make sure nothing gets messed up. Install RPH and LSPDFR > test > install another mod > test > etc

Just to confirm, your issue is with LCPDFR on GTA IV and not LSPDFR on GTA V?

On the contrary, people reply to old posts all the time. Hopefully somebody can help, I just don't know personally how to fix your problem

Might be a silly question, but have you ensured that Battleeye is disabled in the Rockstar Games Launcher?
