  1. You need to add the game folder first, and then drag the RPH exe into the folder, from there you can add the exe as an exception and it should work
  2. Okay, thanks. Does it work for you or did you not modify the permissions? If it still isn't working you need to check your anti-virus thoroughly, as something is still blocking it
  3. Sounds like the callout pack was causing it. Is that the issue resolved or are there other issues?

Do you have the 'sheriff' vehicle modded? If so, rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the crashing stops. If it does, it was the vehicle, if it doesn't then upload the new log please!
  6. You need Compulite as well. You need all three for them to work
  7. Great! Glad to hear it's working. Thanks for sharing the solution
  8. Hello Welcome to LCPDFR.com That error is to do with either not having full folder permissions (game folder properties > security tab) and/or your Anti-virus/Windows defender blocking the file. You need to add the game folder, and then RagePluginHook.exe as exceptions in windows security This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  9. Okay, I would suggest trying a callout again and see if TAGs specifically crashes again or if another callout has the same error. If so then there's an issue with a ped that is being loaded
  10. There seems to be an issue with a ped model. Do you have any ped/clothing mods?
  11. Okay, so in both of the logs, this specific callout was crashing when accepted. Just as a diagnostic step, remove unitedcallouts and see if you can accept other callouts. If you can, it may be an issue with UnitedCallouts, or it could be conflicting with another callout pack possibly. If you still get the same error, upload the new log please!
  12. No worries! Grab compulite as well and see if that fixes the issue, if not, upload the new log then!
  13. What is the issue now? Is the game crashing? I see you have StopThePed and Ultimate Backup but not Compulite, you will need all three for them to work properly!
  14. I cannot recommend any VPN, that is up to you to choose. You can try a different region and it should work then
  15. You still have a modded vehicle causing the crashes. Rename your mods folder to _mods and confirm that it is the issue. If so, you will have to figure out with vehicle is causing it
  16. You haven't updated your RPH, you need to install the version included in the LSPDFR download
  17. All files contained wihin the download, yes. Although you can skip the 'licenses' folder
  18. You can just download the latest version and overwrite the files
  19. You will need to install the latest LSPDFR and RPH, and possibly have to update your plugins/mods, but I don't know how many you have so it really depends.
  20. I would suggest backing them up and using the default ones until your solve your game crashing, then worry about customising the officers
  21. Hello, You are on an older version of the game and RPH, we can only provide support to users on the latest version of the game. Thanks
  22. You have to install one at a time until it breaks and then you know which one is causing the problem. There are no logs for this That doesn't sound right. Have you modified the xmls in any way?
  23. No worries, glad to hear it's working again!
