Download ENBs you like. Take parts from different ENBs, tweak settings.

Hey There. As most of you know I am currently making a custom ENB, all I need to do before release is make the sun not bright as hell. Does anyone know how to not make the sun as bright as hell? I tried editing the enbseries.ini, then my game would not start up. Any help is wanted! -him1250

Hey There. I am proud to announce that I am currently working on once another skin pack! This pack will contain 4 Unit Numbers for Each 'Division' (DWI Enforcement, Supervisor, K-9 Ect.) Here's a couple of images of one of the cruisers. I am not sure what else I will add to the pack. I plan on to include a New Dodge Charger, CVPI and maybe a Ford Explorer Template. They will be released once the modeler has released the models the templates are made for. Or I may add them in a update.
