  2. Where is the support for this issue?
  3. The only thing that crashes my game is EUP 9.11 (the one PURCHASED on the guy's patreon). I remove it and everything loads fine. Not sure what to do the RageNativeUI is the current one.
  4. does this still work? also the instructions are a bit confusing: Istallation: 1) Download OpenIV from openiv.com 2) Setup it and select your operative sistem below Grand Theft Auto 5 3) Make sure you have a folder "mods" in your directory. If you don't have one, create one 4) Activate edit mode at the top right and go to \update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 5) Click "copy in mods folder" or "show in mods folder" in the red bar above 6) Copy and paste vehicles.meta from my archive to this folder The file does not contain a vehicles.meta file. the files are all gameconfig files...
  5. What else is required for this? because everytime I install it (OIV), my game crashes... nothing else makes it crash except for EUP v9.1.

  8. Why post that you haven't finished 90% of your project? 😆

They're okay, just wish they weren't in DLC mode.
  10. These are okay. I just wish they weren't in DLC format.

  12. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? So when I finish building of the model, the first thing I do is export the 2 yft files. Then I export the textures from the screen below or re-save the files. Maybe that's not the best way to get the textures from all the other parts/groups?

  15. So it looks like there are 5 texture files that Zmodeler exports and it nearly quadruples the size of the DDS file. 2 of the files jump from 6mb up to 85mb each. I don't know why Zmodeler is doing that. And then OpenIV chokes on files that size.
  16. Zmodeler handles the import or opens the file with no issues. The issue occurs when you import the textures into OpenIV. I tried redoing it today and it could not import the following file: CHP_s_Whelen_Liberty_I_DefaultMaterial_Normal I just skipped the file and tried spawning the model. the model crashed the game when spawning... still investigating.
  17. something is wrong with several of the textures.... when exported from Zmodeler, it appears that 5 of the textures corrupt all the other textures. Still researching Something weird happens with the texture files (.png) in your folder. Not sure if it's because you initially created them in blender or what but it really gets screwy when importing those textures into OpenIV.
  18. That's all it is. It's to prevent it from damaging structures (and the vehicle itself) when if the unit needs to quickly drive into a parking garage or some other low clearance. I spoke to a CHP fleet engineer about this a long time ago.
  19. is there a way to control the speed of the flash sequence? I can easily change the flash patterns. so that part is easy. But the speed of the stage 3 lighting is way too slow. how do I speed that up?
