If you don't want mods conflicting each other (for SNT) open your trainer F3,F4 then go to options and go to Disable Keys. Make sure that your num lock is on when you use your 4 = Left , 6 = Right , 2 = Down , 8 = Up , 5 = Enter Key.

lol, that's pathetic. It's kind of like fay for me, it was an OMG moment and then all we get is a ton of rain, just rain. I mean, we may have had some warnings, but that's it for where I live. Ya, that does suck. Not sure if it is for all 2 GB+ but it is very common.

Ya, it came this way even vanilla copy. Rockstar has notification of this being a huge memory bug that happens. What it does is if you have over 2 GB of video memory, GTA IV messes up and thinks your video card memory is extremely low. They have some solutions to it, but none have worked for me.

Thanks! It won't let me change any of those settings, but I use the no conflict with LCPD:FR ENB which works great.

My game is nowhere near laggy. I get between 80 - 100 fps in-game and about 5000 when loading (if only it was in-game :P).

I was randomly searching through youtube when I saw one of xaKPKax's videos. Then right there I saved my money for a gaming pc and bought GTA. Haven't got the pc yet (comming soon) but I tried the gmae on my current pc (doesn't even start the game T_T). Just my 2 cents!

Well the way I would think it is that you are BUYING not renting or an a trial version of the car. It is YOUR model because you purchased it. I don't know what their rules are though. This is just my 2 cents.
