Hello LCPDFR! I have a few questions about trying to add a lightbar. 1) What programms will I need? I have heard of Zmodeler and 3ds max. What is a bit easier, is to download OpenIV (corresponding to your game), and go to models, cdimages, vehicle.img, and then go to the top where you will find "Edit mode", click that. Then on your desktop, mouse over and drag the .wfd and .wtd to Open IV. Hope this helps! EDIT: Or like Yard said, make sure it's at desktop.

You can do that with the newest Paint.NET. I also use add-ons, but you can still do the gradient.

I don't know how much this will help,but please make sure that the below suggestions have been made. 1) Are you running as admin when installing LCPD:FR? 2) Is all of your GTA IV folders not marked as "Read Only"? P.S. Easy way to check is to go into program files, and right click GTA IV (folder), and then go to properties where you will find a "read only" select.

Are you sure that you placed it in the proper place (main folder)? Also, what ASI loader are you trying to put in?
