NO!!!!! My friend has a dell XPS laptop and his dad has that exact laptop with those graphics. He can't play the game for a second without loosing textures. His resource usage or whatever is like 52GB. P.S. I'm talking about the first laptop. When it comes to the second, I'm clueless...

Wrong, you put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\Scripts There may not be a scripts folder, so make one yourself.
