My first thoughts at the tittle was "you don't" Being that I would never think you could run IV with that, but...there may be a way.

Have you ever tried it in Win 7 64 bit, and when you go to run the game, not only run as admin, but right click the launchGTAIV.exe and go to properties, then go to "Compatibility" and try doing "run this program in compatibility mode for:" and try XP SP3.

Well, I must be fortunate. I did not steer away, and went on to download Countyside Mountains for the clan I'm in... but I do agree that staying away is a good idea.
