Currently the LSPDFR is encountering issues where I get an error with the host not found and when I get back on it is very slow, so that being said I am currently unable to search for the latest rage hook. I took a year brake for lspdfr and many updates have happened, for me I need the rage hook plugin and a note states that the plugin can be found in the download section. Where? which page number? can someone send me a link if possible. I hate to ask.

Hello all, I love how some can make custom uniforms for EUP, like state troopers or uniforms that resemble a specific town and what not. I have tried making some using verious methods I have seen online and from help by others but everyone's methods and file locations are different. Also when I create for example a state trooper outfit I can never find it in game. Is there a good tutorial on how to create custom uniforms and edit the colors, badges etc... As of now I'm gonna chill until I figure this out.

Why not try and just clean your existing installation?
1) Run the LSPDFR uninstaller.
2) Delete any Rage and LSPDFR files and directories.
3) Compare your GTAV directory to a fresh install (you can Google this for screenshots of what a clean install looks like) and delete any non-default files or directories.
4) Run GTAVLauncher with the -verify flag, or for the Steam version run the verify game files option from Steam. This will verify your GTAV game files, and download and replace any modified ones with their originals.
 
This is actually pretty straightforward to do, and is a breeze compared to the hassle of downloading and reinstalling the whole game again.

I had the same problem. There is no fix. press F4 and clean world, that will reset it. if it happens again repeat.

When I first started it took me about 1 week to get used to it, now I'm a ninja!!!

Update: All is good once more. Game has not crashed. LSPDFR plugin crashed once but then what else is new. I think My issue is finally resolved.
