- GTA V Coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC
Gents, ladies... Unfortunately if you're not aware, GTA V has been postponed once more, to the 14th of April 2015. Truth be told it's quite inconvenient but, we must wait anyway, we have no choice. Those who have pre-ordered are to receive $200,000 for their online account for the delays. The Rockstar website hasn't been updated so it still says 24th of March. If it's delayed further I'll probably cancel my order and spend it elsewhere. Apologies for the bad news, it seems we will continue to play GTA IV for another few months. Heres the link: http://www.pcgamesn.com/grand-theft-auto-v/gta-v-pc-release-date-pushed-back-again- The worst police department policy ever
I'm in favour of this. Now OBVIOUSLY it's not going to be used when there is a bank robbery or a life threatening situation. This won't be used in a situation which can have fatal consequences, it will be used at the officers discretion. I think when dealing with difficult people, people who are being confrontational or aggressive, it will be quite a good idea to step back, reassess and try and de-escalate the situation. The NYPD choking situation to me seemed like an excellent example of cops which over-reacted, they felt he was being aggressive so they responded with force. It should show also that they are attempting to help ease tensions between the community and officers, which is particularly strained. If an officer feels under pressure because of someone they're dealing with, they can be more hostile, which in turn makes the suspect more hostile. If an officer instead shows an attempt to de-escalate the situation, by pausing and then re-evaluating that can make a difference. The only thing I dislike is the "closing the eyes", that seems pathetic, they're not meditating, they're doing a job. Plus it breaks the visual communication between the officer and the suspect. Good on the NYPD though, there will be a lot of hostility from officers because they don't like change, especially from De Blasio, but its worth giving it a go anyway.- Vehicles to Mod when GTA V comes to PC
LAPD Charger LAPD & LASD Ford Crown Victoria LASD Tahoe CHP Ford Crown Victoria CHP Ford Police Interceptor Utility- I just saw this Airbus Risk $1.5 Billion in a Wild Airplane Stunt
It's impressive, but they weren't very close to each other. Airbus quite frequently does formation flying. The thing with test pilots, for Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed etc. they're all ex-military (thereabouts) so they're fantastic and able to do exceptional manoeuvres with the aircraft they fly.- What Did You Want To Be As a Child? Now, What Do You Want To Be?
Thats pretty awesome, good luck to you. I wish you all the best, it's the most rewarding & prestigious career in the world (in my eyes). I've got a very similar career path planned for me as well. So I will be going to university next year to study aerospace engineering, whilst I'm there I will join an RAF squadron for University students known as University Air Squadrons, there we accumulate flight hours and general RAF experience. After which I'm going straight to the recruitment office and signing up, committing a minimum of 12 years to my country and to the safeguarding of its allies. I would like to go into fast-jet, and get assigned a Tornado or a Eurofighter, preferably the latter. If I end up flying heavies I won't be at all disappointed. Alternatively, there is the Royal Navy, but they'll be flying the F-35's and I'm not fond of those, I'd rather serve the RAF and fly our Typhoons. After around 20 years I will move over into Civil Aviation and fly for our flag carrier British Airways. An inspiring shot which keeps me motivated:- NYSP Speed Trap
Heres a really good reason why in the UK the officers don't ride alone: http://news.sky.com/story/1431286/bodycam-captures-vicious-attack-on-officer Unlike in the US and around the world, the UK officers don't have a firearm to defend themselves, so they often have to rely on CS gas or their baton, whilst its not an issue of guns it is an issue of aggressive behaviour towards the officers, drunk in this case, but often the case. They must have a lot of cruisers then, a car per cop seems really expensive, but thanks.- NYSP Speed Trap

Oh? I didn't know that, it's because of hardcore mode, I don't really like being shot. Thats actually really weird, in the UK it's the opposite, its weird to see them ride alone. Thanks for the heads up! Cheers- NYSP Speed Trap

So with my limited knowledge of whats allowed in the US, I've parked my NYSP Caprice on a grass verge, running ANPR and checking for any vehicles to stop. One of my favourite US police cars.- TransAsia Airways plane crashes in Taiwan
Oh? I'm sorry, I didn't remember it correctly then. I haven't read the report in such a long time. Apologies, I thought that they misinterpreted the instrumentation, causing them to switch off the engine. I forgot all about the AVM's & the air conditioning packs. Thanks for rectifying- Suspect apprehended

After a lengthy pursuit the motorbike rider went into this parking lot, from which he couldn't exit. NYSP officers arrest him in the corner, whilst the helicopter places the spotlight on the criminal.- NYPD Helicopter Patrol

Chasing a Faggio, making them without doubt the worst pursuits imaginable. So boring, I tried knocking him off but that didn't work. He slammed into a car much later, which made me happy. NYPD Ford Crown Victoria Highway Patrol Unmarked- NYPD Air Patrol

Something I rarely use, the helicopter, it's a fantastic model. Here, we are hovering over a ship which is rumoured to be used to bring illegal immigrants into New York.- Target down

Due to the current threat level, the NYPD has increased its visible presence, here is a NYPD ESS outside a high value area.- Taking the Harley for a spin in the snow.
From the album: My Patrols - GTA IV
Being foolish and took the NYPD Highway patrol Harley out whilst it was snowing, needless to say, I slammed into a bus around the next corner. Apparently snow and Harleys don't mix- POWER!!!! Someone else living like Mr Clarkson

This guy blasted through LC, it was quite hard to keep up, pulled him over and issued him a nice citation of $100. That slowed him down. Vehicle is an NYPD Impala, found on LCPDFR.- Pulled over Rihanna for reckless driving
From the album: My Patrols - GTA IV
I pulled over this person, who was driving recklessly, when I asked her to step out she was pretty much naked. The person looked like Rihanna when she had red hair. Vehicle is an NYPD unmarked.- Do you remember the first time you've drove a car?
My dad's Peugeot 307 Station wagon, when I was around 13 years old (on private property). He taught me very well actually, when I started driving with a driving instructor he said I was very good, didn't have to teach me much except for manoeuvres. My bad experiences during my lessons were always the cause of other people. I had some chavy c**t overtake me at a junction, almost slammed into my car and a car coming head on, I wished so hard for a police car to have been there. A drunk guy walked out into the middle of the road, right in front of my car, I was debating whether to stop or not, but apparently my morales felt it was better to stop. Overtaken by a moron driving an Audi, I was going at the speed limit, it was a very narrow road. Driving is so much fun, I love it. I look back on my bad experiences and laugh, I don't panic for things. Good luck to you- Is it possible to install two copies of GTA IV in the same PC?
A flying sheep? It's a RAF Typhoon painted with the D-day markings which were on the allied aircraft during the invasion of the beaches, so that they could tell which aircraft were allies. But a flying sheep is good too- Is it possible to install two copies of GTA IV in the same PC?
