Problem is, to be brutally honest, thats the only NYPD spec Interceptor, unless someone is going to make a better one and release it, its what we've got, furthermore the model itself is actually really good. So far I believe its better than Dodgeboy's Interceptor, but yes it has some faults which aren't easily corrected, the problem isn't really the textures, as you said thats a very easy fix, but the dirt modelling and the emissives (which I'm assuming mean the brightness of the lights) are complex issues which probably require the model to be unlocked.

I've tried all three tabs, it doesn't seem to work. Previously I think it was Alt+Y, I think. I tried it but it doesn't work. Have you used it? That hasn't worked for me, I tried with the left Ctrl key, does it release all the vehicles or just the front one? If I remember correctly it used to flag up any ANPR hits and allow you to direct one car at the time to move or stop. I haven't used it in such a long time, I have forgotten how it works. Did you change the commands for LCPDFR or are you using the default ones? Regards

Well, a good NYPD spec Ford Interceptor is the one that was made by iconic rainbow. The problem with that vehicle was 1) there are only two skins 2) the dirt texturing for the car wasn't done very well, so after a while the whole car just turns grey. well, the issue is that the vehicles which are either slicktops or the normal patrol vehicles are in slots which I created. I use Police3, police 4 & police bike. Police 3 is either an NYPD slicktop or a Highrise Highway patrol CVPI, and police 4 is either an undercover taxi or an unmarked car, so I cannot use LCPDFR, I just have to use the native trainer.

Okay, well that's not too bad. They work but I just don't like spawning lots of cars because it just makes a crash more likely. Thanks for your help however, appreciate it.

Hello, I've looked at the user guide, but couldn't find any help. I also checked previous posts on the LCPD forum but again to no avail. I cannot remember how to use the checkpoint. I know that to start it I press Ctrl+B, but I dont know the commands to direct traffic through. Its happened several times where ambulances and fire trucks have stopped at my checkpoints and I'm frantically pushing every key command to allow them to go through. Can anyone tell me how to direct the traffic? Kind Regards

Hello everyone, I have several vehicles from Bxbugs123 which can either be slicktop or normal patrol vehicles, such as his Highway patrol CVPI. However, I would like to change that so only the vehicle with the lightbar appears, because I'm not a fan of slicktops in the slightest. How do I change this? I try adding components using the SNT but nothing happens at all. Is there any way of me choosing the exact model that I want to spawn, ie the one with the light bar only? Or do I just have to continue to spawn the vehicles until the one I want appears? Kind Regards SeaHawk14

Oh not to worry, thats also happened to me, around 12 times so far. I just watch as he does nothing, or sometimes, he just shoots the metal parts of the vehicle whilst completely missing the guy who has just murdered me. Needless to say I get my own back by running them over whilst they stand by the side of the road.

Is there any way of disabling the silly flashlights? They're really annoying because all my weapons don't have flashlights, nor do I want them to...

I can't believe that was the problem. The Police3 vehicle works now, I haven't tried the bike yet but I suspect it will work as well. Thank you, 2/3's of the problems resolved. I wouldn't have figured that one out by myself

I've solved issue number three. Turns out its a glitch which occurs when the save game file is corrupted. I simply restarted a new game and the issue has gone. 1. I'm using SNT but because I've added the two vehicles when I go onto components it says MODEL: UNKNOWN and I cannot add or remove the parts, I've added it in the trainer.ini but I'm not sure if its correct 2. I've already added that as well: "[Main] AdditionalCopCarModels= POLICE3,POLICEB, SuspectTransporterModels=POLICE;POLICE2;"

Well, I'm going to do aerospace engineering for the next four years. After which I'm going to hopefully join the RAF (Royal Air Force) as a fast jet pilot, so hopefully I'll end up in the Eurofighters instead of the F-35's, I'm also considering the Royal Navy as an F-35, but my preference remains with the RAF. After maybe 20/25 years in the military I will convert my military pilots licence into a civilian pilots licence and fly for British Airways until I'm forced to retire. If there is anyone on lcpdfr which has experience with RAF or RN recruiting (aircrew or officer selection) or even University Air Squadron interviews, any advice you provide means a lot to me.

Hello, My fleet of vehicles is based on the NYPD, I was really struggling to decide whether to have the Dodge Charger unmarked and the CVPI unmarked, so I decided to install Police 3 for the CVPI. However I have several issues: 1) The CVPI can also be one of those undercover NYPD Taxi's, however I cannot remove the taxi sign with the native trainer without having to spawn another police car. I'd like to remove "components" in the native trainer. 2) There is no police computer or ability for me to pull anyone over, because technically its not a police car, is there any way of correcting this? 3) For some reason, parts of the car wash appear around me, the barrier as well as the rotating brushes just spawn completely in the wrong place. (Shown in Images Below with the Police3 car) Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Another request gents & ladies, My UK police cars mostly consist of BMW's, mostly the 5 series and the X5. Since I only drive them, I would like to have the BMW door chime. As long as its well optimised, and allows mods I don't really care too much. If they then shift it to September 2015 then I'd be annoyed, but i'd still buy it, once I start playing it then I'll be a happy bunny

I have had many weird ones, cars dropping from the sky, a bus fell off the highway to explode underneath. Most recently, I was pursuing a motorbike with two suspects, they slammed into the back of a minivan at like 90 mph, sending them flying, the first suspect immediately died. The second was getting up and I was about to arrest him when another cop car going ridiculously fast plows into him. Needless to say I didn't have to arrest anyone after that

I've preordered it here for the UK, from Games. In all honesty the only reason I bought it was for LCPDFR, a CHP crown vic in GTA V? Too good to imagine, how much fun I'll have!

Hello, I have two vehicles which have a faulty dirt texture, the cars turn grey with every dirt layer applied through the native trainer. They're not mine, how do I fix this? They're not unlocked, I plan to edit the dirt mapping but not upload them. How do I do this and what software do I require? Could you post a link (preferably video) or step by step instructions on how to do this? Thanks
