Hi! I'm playing with the latest version of RPH, GTAV and I installed EUP 7.4 & EUPMenu 2.1.1.0. Also I tried the things you mentioned (load all plugins, load eup manually etc.) and they didn't work for me. If it's possible to look at the log here is rph log: https://pastebin.com/0U2Qve2e
