Hello, This issue is caused by memory overload. Try removing some custom cars and/or EUP uniforms. There’s a limit you can install. Alternatively, you may edit your gameconfig.xml to 300+ cars without crashes by downloading the file here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars It would also help if you would decrease your game settings by at least to “Medium” or “Normal”.

Missing DLCs are a factor here as well.

Try running the game until you come across the copyrights / police sirens screen, then back out and launch rage as an administrator. If all else fails, you may attempt to reinstall RAGE Plugin Hook...

What version of RAGE are you using?

Yes, if you're getting the insufficient permissions, make sure your firewall, anti-virus, or Windows Defender has RAGE Plugin Hook white-listed; in other words, allowing it to run. Also, make sure you're launching the RAGEPluginHook.exe file as an administrator. If you're still having issues, try restarting your machine!

Hello, I see that your build is on 1868. Did you happen to make sure your lspdfr is updated to version “0.45”; also your RAGE Plugin Hook is updated to version 1.74 (1868)? Please note that LSPDFR 0.4.4 doesn’t work with this game version. The dll files aren’t being read with error code, “0xc0000005” Try running the game ; RAGE in administrator mode.

LSPDFR is prone to crashing at the moment. Just make sure everything is updated; do not use any outdated plugins.

You may have incorrectly installed this EUP. Most files are modified using your "mods" folder using OpenIV. Please delete your "mods" folder and try re-running the game once again!
