You should never delete your "update.rpf" file unless it's a modded version with OpenIV; as this is one of the main components to getting GTA V to even run. Also, drop your computer specs. The general GTA V requirements should meet the following of your hardware.

Please ensure you have the latest version of RAGE Plugin Hook, LSPDFR version 0.4.5, and the (1868) patch version of GTA V; all of these solutions should fix your issue.

If you're referring to LCPDFR*, then the answer is yes on patch version 1.0.7.0 of GTA IV and version 1.1.2.0 of Episodes from Liberty City!

This could be a conflict between old versions of mods conflicting with the newer GTAV version. All mods have been updated, please ensure everything is updated and working properly with the recent patch for GTA V. In addition, OpenIV has released an update version to fix all necessary issues. Please visit their website for the download!

You're upgrading? I rather stay on 1604.1. Many people are still experiencing an issue with their OpenIV.

Apparently, no one is allowed to get this file after a new update is released.

Hello, I also reverted back; I just don't have the LSPDFR version 0.4.2 anymore. And it seems as if this version is the only one that works. @Pazzi, could you help me in redownloading this?

I believe that this may be interfering with the newer version of either RPH or LSPDFR, and OpenIV needs to release a patch fix. I have no idea.
