Some new questions and answers to include some at the bottom used to determine if a person is in the right state of mind, if they cant answer them appropriately you are required to get them to a hospital for a medical evaluation either with law enforcement or EMS depending on how calm they are. Also included are some additional answers to stock questions.

I started work on this pack back in 2017 and had been a long road of work. Patches gave me a hard time and many more stuff such as badges, hats, and shirts. Back in 2017 before i made this i was just a normal LCPDFR player. Until one day i was looking for Illinois mods and found none so i learned how to make car skin and went to work. After i released my first mod for cars I had an idea to make uniforms to go along with it. So I learned how to develop for EUP and when to work. Now after release in 2018 i have been working to make them more realistic and will be adding even more departments in 4.0 for my other mod.

Hey guys, Yo_Adrian coming at you with my second texture pack. 
It's based off the Peoria, IL Police Department. I tried to get it 100% to it's real life counterpart, but I know that it's not.
Skins can be used for any vehicle utilizing the template. Files are named corresponding to their template.
Please do not upload an edited version, or re-upload this to another site. Although, you do have my permission to use in YouTube videos, and clans.

This is my attempt at an accurate Indiana State Police Dodge Charger. I do plan to make a Tahoe, and future cars as well!
 
Install Guide:
Place the ELS Config in the ELS folder under pack_default
Install the cars under the latest patchday
