Alternative Megaphone voices (by Gary Conner)

It's not very often I do a pack....But, I felt I must with this one. So, up for download we got a legacy version, a slicktop version, and slicktop K-9! They all come with their own VCF lighting patterns. Also, comes with different wheel texture options and even textures to switch back and fourth between red and blue lighting. Has ALPR's that come on the the trunk that extra 12. It even has a antenna whip on the back the moves on all three models. Now go download this pack,catch speeders and have some fun!

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).
Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):
Albo1125.Common 6.6.4.0 or higher (included) RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included) NAudio 1.8.0.0 (included) A legal copy of GTA V (version 1.0.1011.1 or above). There is also a download to free up unneeded controller bindings so they can be used for Siren Mastery. Get it here.

Summary of current features (please check documentation carefully too):
Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Additional Siren Modes Dual Siren Mode. Manual Siren Mode. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to TEN total sirens per vehicle model. Fully Functional and Customisable UI. Feel free to create and release your own custom UI files. The size and position of the UI can be customised via the UIConfig file. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per vehicle model via an XML file. All keybindings are customisable and fully customisable controller support is included. So I'm back today with a pack loosely based off the San Francisco Sheriff Office in California. Someone in my discord suggested this as my next pack and I fell in love with the livery design. So here it is, a variety of sedans and SUVs for all you county-crime-fighting needs!

I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Here's a pack I started a while ago. It was supposed to be a megapack, but because I don't have time to even wipe my nose, i decided to share it now and update it later on with new things. I've managed to put quite a number of cars with a lot of variations in this first version for you to enjoy. For the next update there will hopefully be bike, HOT and BAT vans, SWAT and more... Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate HPD as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. The ghost units are tested on my graphics settings and mods(Net-Gen Shader), so the bright/darkness of those skins may vary on your pc. 
Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures.

Hi this is my first skin that I have ever made I know its not the best but I would love to see what it looks like in game, and to see that people would actually download something I did, I don't mind feed back as longs as its not harsh , I didn't ask if you were mad at it all I ask is for an honest civilized opinion , tips and thing as such. On Duty Loadout lets the user determine which weapons and attachments they prefer via INI, the loadout is applied every time the player goes On Duty in LSPDFR.
 
Set what you want when you download the mod, then always start playing with the right loadout without any key presses or menus!

Known bugs:
May conflict with Herocop or other plugins that give the player a flashlight causing LSPDFR To crash when the player goes on duty. Fixed by removing conflicting programs
 
Changing character appearance using the EUP Menu removes weapon attachments
(Solved by selecting uniform BEFORE calling forceDuty)

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

The Los Angeles Airport Police Division is the largest airport police force in the United States. It is a division of Los Angeles World Airports, and although they work closely with the LAPD, is an entirely separate entity.  However, in Los Santos, due to funding issues, Airport Police duties are handled by the LSPD as a specialized division reporting to Los Santos World Airports (LSWA).
You guys already know about my fascination for airport stuff =) As always, I strived for at least 98% accuracy in fonts, placement, and details.

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Information:
I've been working on this pack now for well over a month, with at least a week or so dedicated to testing to make sure this pack was fit for purpose. 
The pack contains 8 vehicles, ranging from patrol vehicles to SWAT trucks. They are based loosely off the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, but instead it features a different light pattern. The pack features a full halogen light bar, with additional lighting across the vehicle.

The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe.

Known Bugs:
Cuffed individuals will partially stick through the back panels of the Express. If they sit regularly, this does not occur (uncuffed). Insides of the Expeditions tires have no textures (fixing as we speak... I hope)
