You say "100% EDITABLE" but when you download it its just a .png .svg, How are you suppose to edit it? Photoshop is not possible? -
It is essentially with EUP, then you need to scroll through badges and you can then get a rank on the sleeves. If you know how to do EUP you can attach these nice badges and use them in-game 😄 -
Hey these are mainly for dev's or other reasoning, if you know how to put these on uniforms then you can do it with that 😄 They are not in-game ready.
